No one on the staff was aware of the IHG Rewards program and did not recognize it even when I showed them my card with their logo on it and showed the benefits of the program on my phone. Instead, they chose to argue with me about the benefits although I am Platinum Elite. They harassed my wife to leave the hotel although we had, and were entitled to, a late check out. The front desk had the housekeepers come to my wife's room three times to ask her to leave. The head housekeeper even tried to engage me in the matter when I was discussing it with the front desk. This hotel is run by housekeeping. The room was decent and clean and the mattress and pillows were good. The breakfast had variety, but not memorable. The hotel was safe and the bathroom was clean. Hot water takes a while. OK hotel if you are not an IGH member or need anything from the staff.

I had numerous problems in the hotel that has incurred me a lot of waste of time and money.
The problem started with the telephone that wasn’t working. I wasn’t even able to call the reception from my room. The next problem was the drain at the bath was not working properly that I have to stand in a pool of dirty water to complete my shower. The third was when I was flushing the toilet, due to excessive water pressure the cover of the toilet water tank came out and all the water splashed on me. The reception people were going on changing and no one took responsibility to fix because they said they are there to just help and they can’t do anything. Because of all these problems I changed my room three times and now I have to extend the stay for a week This is really a very bad experience for me with Holiday Inn express. Since I have lost a lot of time and money

Does not reach the level of most Holiday Inn Express hotel in regards to cleanliness, friendliness, and value.
I would not stay at this location again.
