I travel about 125 nights per year throughout the country and this HIE is one of the best. Their amenities are great but it's the staff that puts them over the top. Wonderful people. Not just helpful, thoughtful, and courteous; but so sincere. It's almost like talking to a relative at a family reunion everytime I return for a visit. July 20, 2015

Next time would request a room on the opposite side away from the freeway as there was quite a bit of road noise. Unlike most Holiday Inn Express hotels this one doesn't seem to have upgraded their beds July 10, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Smoking Our stay was excellent. Someone in the vicinity of our room decided it was o.k. to smoke and you could smell it in our bathroom through the venting system. My son was the first person in our room to smell it. It was noticeable first thing in the morning and again at night right before bed. The only way to correct it was to turn on our bathroom fan and leave it running. July 10, 2015
