The hotel was nice. The only problem was the heat/air conditioning unit didn't have a fan option that I like to use to drown out the other noises from the hotel.

I really like the location of the hotel. It's right off the interstate and 5 minutes from my customer. I also like the Tanger Outlet mall being so close. Every time I go to Howell I shop there.

Our stay was pleasant enough during the evening. Checking in was smooth. The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. In the morning, we were greeted very pleasantly by a staff memer on the elevator but it downhill very fast after that. The bag in the pancake machine was misalined resulting in a constant beeping that the attendant never addressed. Part of the food options were removed with am hour left for service. The coffee ran out and the attendant responded with excuses. The eggs were burnt. As if the situation wasn't already bad enough, there were no forks to be found and I tried to speak to the attendant to get more forks. She saw me waiting on her but disappeared into an employees only area for 15 minutes. Ultimately, I cannot give the experience high ratings because of how awful the morning was. I can be gracious over a couple bad moments but an overall experience needs noted.
