Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Hotel When I made my reservation, I told the receptionist that I was a priority club member and the stay did not get tied with my account until after checkout. Also, I called this hotel several times before making a reservation and every time they only had one king suite available. I talked to others from the group I stayed with and they said that they were told the same thing. It seems they may be telling guests that they are getting the last room to pressure them into making a reservation. Anyways, regardless of these things the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant to deal with and we had an enjoyable stay. December 8, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Handicapped Bathroom This room was listed as Handicapped accessible. There were no grab bars next to the toilet. I had to have assistance in rising from it. There were no grab bars in the shower/tub. I was afraid of falling and having nothing to grab or hold for security getting in and out. November 16, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Great Place to Stay I have been coming to this hotel for some time now and just keep coming back. I'm always met by the great staff with a smile when I check in. They are extremely accommodating and efficient. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms very comfortable and pleasing. Being located between Detroit and the Capital in Lansing makes for a great place to stay to do business. My wife likes the outlet mall next door, maybe a little to much. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, I'm sure you will enjoy it. October 25, 2012

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive and the breakfast buffet was phenomenal! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in or near Howell! October 1, 2012
