My family and I stay at this hotel whenever we are in the area, which is often. Many hotels to choose from, but always stay here because the staff is extremely professional and friendly. Hotel is clean, safe and very comfortable.

Room was overpriced but manager helped with lowering the price. Have stayed in this motel before.
Mattress is old and needs replacement.
While we ordered a smoke free room, the bathroom was smoke fulled and it seemed to creep in from under the main door.
The heater fan made a scrapping sound.

I visit Huber Heights twice a year for service training and I always stay at Holiday Inn Express ( Dayton-Huber Heights ) and I could not ask for a better place to stay. I have stayed at five star places and did not receive as good as service as Holiday Inn Express ( Dayton-Huber Heights ). You guys ROCK !!!!!!!

There were stains on the ceiling floor and bathroom. Was not feeling good and staff in hallway were very loud but otherwise room was sufficient.

Wife very allergic to cigarette smoke..The floor had several
smoking rooms..Smoke filtered into her room and it
bothered her all night..Caused coughing..If someone requests
a non smoking room, then they should not be put on a floor
with smoking rooms..With the number of Holiday Inns and
Holiday Inn Expresses that we have used over the years, she
it very disappointed with this particular one..

Room was very clean, The check in was easy and quick. I was running late for my appointment and the quick check-in really helped me. This is my second time at this Holiday inn express and it will not be my last !!!!

The overall motel is in need of a make over. It is dated and unlike almost all other expresses I stay at this one is the most in need. The room stunk real bad of stale cigarettes, things were yellowed, there were dead bugs on the shear curtains, the shower head was in need of replacement which I told them about and they tried to clean it but it still needed replacement. The internet was very very slow. The general room cleanness was in question and I saw things on the floors when I checked in and were still there 4 days later when I checked out.

Great staff at this location. I was given directions to several restaurants during my work trip and on my 3rd night there, my air stopped working. Clerk came up and was able to fix it.

I had the lowest amount of water pressure of any hotel stay in my 15 years of traveling. I had just enough water to get hair wet but not enough to fill tub, it would have taken 2-3 days to fill.
will not stay in that room again, other person traveling with me experienced the same issue in a different room
