Apologies were made by the staff as they were in the process of renovating rooms. On our return stays we have been delighted by the level of staff attentiveness as well as the cleanliness of the entire hotel. Our room was fresh and all of the furnishings were in great condition, unlike our last stay. I'm glad that Kathleen, the manager intervened and showed us just how wonderful a stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Hudson, Massachusetts could be. We will be back ! December 4, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not so friendly I have stayed at many holiday inn hotels and this is the one that I was not too happy with. When we were checking out we asked for a 1 o'clock extension, but by noon the cleaning staff started to bug us to leave. I will not come back. November 11, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Helpful, friendly staff All staff members were very friendly and helpful from check-in to breakfast staff to cleaning service to check-out. The problems we encountered were a toilet that continued to run after flushing, bedding that was heavily bleached and irritated my skin so much that I couldn't sleep, and distracting noise from surrounding rooms throughout the night. We have stayed here for the past few years and have not had any issues before, so we will try again since we like the staff so much and the hotel is a convenient place for us to stop when we travel through.
