Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Large clean room We stayed at this location in a standard room with 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was larger than other hotel rooms we stayed in. Bathroom was roomy and we just felt like we had a lot of room everywhere. We were not tripping over each other and the luggage as we usually are. Room was also very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent as well. We would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to be near Hudson. July 27, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed The rates were way to expensive, even with the government discount. The breakfast bar was out of eggs, biscuits, gravy, and sausage for at least 15 minutes with the only explanation being, "they are coming". We would never stay there on a Friday night again. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A nicer Holiday Inn Express This is one of the nicer HIEs I've stayed in the past year. Lots of items that you normally find in higher end hotels. Only nitpick I can think of is the network jack on the wall but it's not enabled. The hotel wifi is somewhat usable. You can at least connect to the office and check your emails. July 21, 2014

Jorge took care of, he didn't make a big production out of the fact the room rate was different. He switched me to the room I requested and waived the additional charge. It came so naturally to him. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Better service in the past, but still better than other hotels My husband and I have stayed at this hotel for two days every June for the past 3 or 4 years. In the past, when we requested a room with the view of the parking lot (we have a classic car that we bring to a nearby car show), our request was always accommodated. Not this time. :( Also, we were not recognized as being Platinum members. In the past we were recognized and given a bottle of water. Again, not this time. I know these are minor complaints and overall the Hudson location is still a great place to stay, but I fear their service may be going downhill. July 4, 2014
