Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Experience (Staff, Room, Breakfast, Shuttle) Front desk staff was always very nice and pleasant, which really goes a long way. I would recommend to the manager that they be rewarded for their great attitude, as it reflects well on the entire hotel. The room was quite comfortable. Nothing fancy, but just about what you would expect for the price. There was no smoke or pet odor at all. The breakfast was good. Hot turkey sausage, ready-made omelettes, biscuits, and turkey gravy were the main items, along with pancakes, cereal, milk, juice, fruit, toast, muffins, etc. I was impressed with the structured scheduling of the complimentary shuttle. First, they asked if we needed the shuttle, then they scheduled our departure time, asked us to arrive in the lobby 15 minutes early, and even called our room in the morning to ensure we were headed down. The shuttle was there 15 minutes early as well. It made 2 other stops at hotels within a block of our hotel, which took only 5 minutes or so. The shuttle service even checked which terminal we would need to arrive, based on our flight number. Although the shuttle service was a hired company (contracted out), they did a great job. Also, it seemed as if the hotel may have had its own shuttle (van) as well. October 16, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay while on business I stayed for a week and the room and staff were good no problems with either. I will be staying here in the future. The breakfast room opened at 6:30 which was a little later than I excpected, so I could not use as I had to be on the job by 7am. Overall it was a little better than I was expecting. Usually it is hard to sleep in a bed that is not your own, but this bed I went right to sleep and slept very well. It was hard to choose what to eat for breakfast because you had quite a variety of food. I thought those cinnamon rolls were extra special. When I was younger, my mother loved to bake and her cinnamon rolls were extra special and this brought back good memories of my mother September 29, 2014
