From the moment we checked in, everyone we encountered was friendly and ready to help us in this process. I've stayed here numerous times and again i wasn't disappointed with the entire experience.

Not a terrible stay for an overnight stop over, but quite disappointed in condition of bathroom (pretty easy fixes) and cleanliness of pool, hot tub with only 3 jets not as functional as one might like.

My family & I have stayed here before, but we will not be staying here in the future. Travel sports teams were staying here as well, we were not informed of this. Hotel management did not do a very good job of keeping them quiet. The smell of cigarette smoke permiated the hallway, even though rooms were non-smoking. Shower diverter did not work well, toilet handle was cracked & ready to break. The room was clean and convenient to attractions, but just did not have the same appeal this time around.

A great staff; in fact one of the employees was in the parking lot cleaning snow off cars for the guest before they came down to their cars! Above and beyond...

Very nice stay. Always try to stay at this hotel whenever in the area. Very close to all attractions. Cannot beat the price.

In the room I stayed, there was a big bug crawling on the wall after I came back from dinner. Although the front desk came up and collected the bug, my request to change to a different room was denied as he claimed that all rooms were sold out. In the end I was offered nothing to compensate for this bug scare.
