Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Best Bet for Huntington Clean. Comfortable. Mattress not as good as at home but had a pretty good nights sleep. I appreciate having a choice of soft or firm pillows. Breakfast selection was good enough. Staff friendly and helpful. April 12, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 2 years. During my last stay, I was very disappointed with the service at check-in. I am a Priority Club Member, which usually means I get a "Welcome Bag" at check in . This has a bottle of water and a snack. This was not offered to me during this past stay. They were also out of cookies for the guests. April 3, 2013

The only problem we had in an otherwise fine stay was the exit hall door next to our room that led outside. Each time the door closed it was such a noise it seemed to be right in our room. Some door adjustment or mechanism change is necessary for that room to have a normal level of outside noise at night. March 6, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfort and compassion in a difficult time We are a large family who converged on the Holiday Inn Express in Huntington under difficult circumstances. One of our family had passed away and the services were being held in Huntington. We are from various parts of the US and needed to stay somewhere that could accommodate elderly parents, babies, children and everyone in between. The staff at HIE Huntington, especially Megan, treated us with courtesy, compassion, respect and a sense of humor. Any request we made was immediately addressed from extra towels, blankets and coffee. The service and the atmosphere made our difficult time a little easier. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone! March 1, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Nice Hotel The room was clean and very nice. I especially appreciated the Priority Club upgrade to a whirlpool room after a long day on the road. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made me feel like they were happy to have me as a guest. The location is convenient to restaurants and highways. I would definately recommend this hotel and will stay there again when I'm in the area. January 7, 2013

This property is a very nice facility with plesant staff - - Even so, I will not be returning to this property again mainly due to their choice in cable providers. I realize it sounds petty but the cable this property uses has a very long delay when changing channels. If you are a channel surfer - STAY AWAY. There is over a 4 - 5 second delay when changing channels which adds up to a lot of waisted time if you are surfing the channels like I do. You also may want to get up a little early since this property does not slide your receipt under the door at checkout so plan on standing in line at the desk in the morning. Priority members don't get much bang for their buck. December 10, 2012
