Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by We want that mattress! We arrived late after traveling two hours and checked in quickly. We then went out to dinner and when returning, "fell" into bed. My husband, who has difficulty sleeping past 3 am, slept till 6 and said it was the best sleep he's had in years. February 9, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average Overall, it was an average, typical hotel stay. Nothing exceptional. Had a concern that out room was being missed for cleaning, brought it the attention of the front desk twice during the day, nothing was done about it the room was not attended to until the next day's service. But when they serviced the room, they did an average job. No complaints after that. January 22, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Surprisingly disappointed based on prior H.I. Express stays We paid for a Standard room and was given a Handicapped room at checkin, typically we are asked first but not here. Arriving into the room we discovered the exterior window had a long 2ft crack and letting cold air in. We walked back to the front desk and politely asked for another room. We were told they were full and none were available. However, the parking lot had about 10 cars at 8pm, less in the morning. I checked online reservations and they were showing available rooms at that moment. The bathroom had a tiny sink so my wife had to use the clothes closet shelf to hold her accessories bag. Bathroom power outlet was on opposite side of mirror so the hair dryer cord was not long enough to use the mirror. Refridgerator howled all night making sleeping difficult. Next morning's breakfast employee was very nice and helpful...even though the pancake machine had a broken sign. Sorry for bad review especially since prior H.I. Express stays (in Utah, South Indiana, Illinois) last year have been great..that's why we picked this one. Clearly a mistake. January 20, 2016
