we were very pleased with everything about our stay! The breakfast was very good and the rooms were very clean and comfortable and we will definitely choose this hotel again!

Room was quiet even through a group of soccer teams staying there. Breakfast area was great and well stocked. Convenient location.

I love staying at the Holiday Inn Express on University Dr; it is my home away from home. The staff couldn't be more friendly and I feel safe at the hotel. The Happy Hour with Linda and the great breakfasts stand out!

The room was OK but this is an Old 2 story Holiday Inn Motel from the 60s upgraded into a Holiday Inn Express.
The room was standard and acceptable but the entire property needs an upgrade. Over priced compared to newer properties.
Only one desk clerk at 9 PM . Several parties in front of us. Check took over 20 min.

It was not at all like any other HIE I have ever stayed at. It was in 2 different buildings and reminded me of some sort of motor lodge inn. Our room was on the second floor and we had to make several trips to haul all our luggage up the stairs as there was no elevator. The room & decor seemed very old and out of date but atleast the room was clean. I would definately say that this was not originally a HIE but must have been purchased and then the name changed to HIE. They are now using the name to charge higher prices than this place is actually worth.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Corridor was noisy until after midnight and started up again early the next morning. All though I realize that the hotel is not able to stop this from happening, I do think the hotel should consider a different manner in determining where they place quests.

I stay at a lot of HIE for business. This is the weirdest one yet. Clearly, it was a different chain that was purchased. 2 separate buildings with gross carpets. The check-in area smelled of smoke and staff moved slow. My room was clean but AC/fan didn't work too well. The only good thing was the breakfast, which is the standard HIE buffet. Next time I am in this area, I will pick another hotel. If you read this, choose another location! Not worth it for the price!

I had arrived around midnight and just wanted to go to room and watch tv before falling asleep. As luck has it, the tv did not work. They sent a staff person up to my room immediately to help me move to another room. No questions just fast service. That's what you should always get! Great job.
