Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A home away from home! Our visit to this Holiday Inn Express was great! We had to come and go a lot and it was nice to have a clean comfortable place to always come back to. There were cookies in the afternoon, pancakes at night and always hot coffee at your disposal. The staff were very nice and friendly and we felt very welcome there! August 22, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Staff Service I am a Gold Member and frequently stay at Holiday Inn for business purposes. I have stayed at the Holiday Inn-Huntsville location several times and I have always received quality customer service. However, this time, I did not. I arrived at 2:30 and was told that rooms might not be available at the 3:00 check-in time due to the housekeepers being delayed. I asked Chase, a HI representative if my business credit card authorization had been received and he stated that it had not. I phoned my agency and was advised that the fax had been faxed to our headquarters and would not be processed and sent to HI until the next day. I tried to explain this to Chase, who interrupted me stating, "That doesn't make sense, if it were faxed it would be here". After clarifying a few points, he finally understood that it had been faxed to the headquarters. Understandably, I used my personal credit card in order to stay. He then asked for my state ID, which I've never had to present before, ever. As soon as I entered the room, Chase phoned stating that they had found the authorization. I will continue to stay at this location because I have had great experiences in the past. However, Chase should be reprimanded, not for what he says, but how he says it, as his job is customer service oriented. August 17, 2015
