Excellent place to stay. The staff were so friendly and took care of our every request. Since I had made a couple of requests prior to arrival, they greeted us and were aware of them. We were pulling a boat and they told us where to park that would be safe and convenient.
Will definitely stay here again!

I can't speak highly enough about this property, from the service and staff to the available amenities. The staff went beyond what could be termed excellent, and I wish that every Holiday Inn/Holiday Inn Express property used this location as a template for the best in customer care!
Exceptional is an understatement!

Great place to stay when visiting my parents who live in the condo at the top of the hill. Would like an earlier breakfast time however.

I must travel allot so when you find a place that works you keep it. This is one of those places. From the minute you walk in you are quickly greeted by a friendly professional smiling face. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. They are quiet and you can relax which is the hardest thing to do in any hotel. I know I spent 131 nights last year in them. This is truly a GREAT place to stay, for business or personal. Well done!!!

I stay in hotels on a frequent basis and have had a lot of good and not so good experiences. The lady at the front desk who checked me in was one of the best! She was polite, courteous, professional and very friendly! Great job!

l just wanted to let you know that Ashley L was great when we arrived , she helped me thru my billing and made me feel right at home and she greeted us with such a pleasant smile and attitude that it made our whole stay a great experience. When you start off your stay with such a positive experience its contagious.

Staff should give themselves a pat on the back. What was for me a stress weekend, made relaxing by being greeted with the biggest smiles. From the front desk, breakfast and housekeeping people everyone was friendly and happy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were great, but for me the pillows in most hotel rooms are horrible, I usually bring my own. This time they were great. My daughter loved the pancake machine, it was good to see adults and kids enjoying it. Breakfast was hot and plentiful, area was clean.
I will be back next year for sure.

My profile has been changed for over two years to reflect a preference of a room with two queen beds, but I was given a King room. There was no microwave or fridge in the room. There is not whirlpool in the pool area at this facilit We were looking for a relaxing get away weekend
Although the breakfast bar had all the great choices, all ffods were cold - toast, eggs, pancakes, etc were not eleven warm.. Jam spreads were stale and llllllllllllcould not be cut out of the packages. The pancakes were hasrd to cut. The breakfast was nowhere near our usual Holiday Inn Express usual breakfast expectations and recent experiences, elsewhee.
