Hotel was easy to find, on an exit with many restaurants, grocery store, etc. Room was very clean and front desk staff very helpful.

We have stayed at this property twice in the last month. The staff is superb and is always so helpful. From getting us cribs - yes we are traveling with 9 month twins granddaughters - to more towels and extra cookies - the staff is top notch. We have family in the area but we still need hotel rooms when the entire family visits. We look forward to more great stays in the months and years ahead.

The room is very nice and spacious with a king bed and lots of extra room. The breakfast was good. Most of the staff was nice, some never spoke or smiled...but one was really making fun of me right outside my room door. She was making fun of my clothes and I heard the whole conversation. She was in the hallway and didn't realize she was standing right next to my room door. I was very offended. I did not tell a manager because I did not care to be further embarrassed. The exercise room was spacious with lots of equipment but the hot tub looked disgusting. I refused to go in it. It was green.

This was a one night stop over. Our greeting from the staff was very upbeat and welcoming so was our departure.
Room was clean and quiet we slept with no problem. Morning breakfast was great cheese omelet bacon and a pancake machine. Good food selection.

The evening staff was very friendly and helpful. The morning staff wouldn't even acknowledge a "Good Morning". Breaksfast choices were the worse of any Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at. Didn't even have Yogurt or a meat item. Bread was dried out even though we were there when the area opened. Room was clean but was in need of updating and repair.

We were greeted by a friendly receptionist which began a very nice experience. The room was clean and the king size beds were very comfortable. It was quiet even though we were close to the street.
The breakfast was outstanding and the service was great.
The grandson enjoyed the pool and fitness room.

We stayed at this location during our return trip from our family vacation. We were a little tired from our trip and have been loyal Holiday Inn travelers for a few years so we decided to stay here. For the most part it was enjoyable until we went to the continental breakfast. We got there around 8:30 AM and there was nothing out. They had ran out of everything. When I asked the server if anything was coming out, she threw some bananna's in the basket and said that's it and she didn't care if anybody ate. I then told the attendant behind the counter about the issue and he laughed and said that she was just in a bad mood that morning and wasn't happy. I told him that's no explaination for the service that was provided and that there were plenty of unhappy customer's. We ended up eating Pop Tarts that we had in the vehicle. I was also told that the manager would be calling me so that I could discuss it with him. Guess what, I never recieved that phone call. We will NEVER stay at this location again.
