Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Property would not honor rewards points. Oct 24-25 2014. Hurst, Texas I am a Platinum Elite member with over 268,000 points. The Hurst, Texas property front desk connected me to IHG to make my rewards reservations. I was advised at this time HIE Hurst would not accept my rewards. No reason given. My wife and grand daughter were in Hurst for a function and the room was for them. They went ahead and checked in and put the room on a credit. IHG Rewards tried to contact a manager and none could be located. This was Sat and Sunday. The night auditor advised my wife had check out Sunday 10-25 as planned so they were unable to honor rewards points. Front desk was not friendly and or helpful. I contacted IHG today October 28 and the still have not been able to contact a manager. October 28, 2014
