Good airport shuttle service, attentive staff.very little choice of food for breakfast, compared to other Holiday Inn Express. My recommendation is not to visit this Hotel. November 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I only had one challenge. I stayed in the Executive Suite which did not include a desk. It was nice to have a conference table/dining table, but it would be ideal to also have a desk with plugins where a person could charge their computer while completing work. The shower was amazing and the bed/pillows very comfortable. The lounge chair in the room had some tears in the arms but didn't affect the comfort. Just wasn't a standard of excellence that I know IHG strives for. Even with that, I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the DFW area. I will definitely revisit when I am nearby. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Staff The hotel was okay and in a good location for my needs but the gentleman working the desk was rude and unconcerned when we arrived did not ask about priority membership or anything , I ask about a hour late checkout being possible and he was unresponsive, I stayed due to my membership but found myself thinking the competition was behind this hotel and was a little cheaper and may have been a better choice for me.
