I'd say out of the MANY MANY times I have stayed here that staff generally is OK but not exceeding other hotel properties. Sometimes it feels like you have to "press" staff for good rates. I feel like I always need to negotiate rates each and every time I book with you. Your staff has all the info needed to automatically offer the best rate for me. I have AAA, AARP, and am a senior (68 years old). I do not ask for handicapped services or special considerations BUT why do I have to barter with staff over rates? I feel like as a card holder, and frequent boarder with you that it would be so refreshing to have staff LOOK for and OFFER the best rates. February 1, 2015
