Stayed here for a 2nd visit last week. Very clean and modern hotel with excellent staff. Safe environment and quiet.
We'll be back!

Everyone at the hotel was very accommodating. It was the accommodations that were not as great. Paper thin walls - super busy decor - didn't give a relaxing vibe.

I used to be welcomed as a Gold Member, treated as a Gold Member and got some little trinket (even a bottle of water) when I checked in. Now I get nothing. No current points noted on my paperwork or anything. Holiday Inn is going to lose me to other chains that reward and recognize frequent travelers.
Put me next to the elevator so I could hear a band of gypies checking in with their kids screaming in the hallway when I was trying to go to sleep. I will pass in the future and use another chain.

Let me first start by saying that this is a brand new hotel and is beautiful. The staff was friendly and informative.
Where the problem came in is when I went to take a shower in the morning. I had no hot water. The reason for my stay at this hotel was my mother is in the hospital nearby. She was having surgery first thing in the morning and I was to be there by 5:30 in the morning. When I went to take a shower I couldn't get any hot water. The shower is a one handle knob. I turned the shower on and let it run for several minutes on the hot side and never got any hot water. I then tried it on the side that said cold and let it run for several minutes and still no hot water. After that I tried the sink and had lots of hot water. I tried the hot water side in the shower again and still no hot water. Jumped in and took a really quick shower and then washed my hair in the sink. When I went to check out in the morning I told the desk personnel and was told they had spoken to the management about prior complaints about lack of hot water. The Manager explained to the desk personnel that some of the piping had been reversed when built. I say that might be true, but there was no notification in the room about it and none given when I checked in. BUT I tried both positions and still didn't have hot water!!!

We got a handicap accessible room and it was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Excellent breakfast, a very clean and modern hotel. I would stay there again and recommend it.

It was our first longer time at a hotel and it was a really nice stay. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. We didn't try the pool or fitness room. Breakfast could use some make over and so does the Wi-Fi connection.

The room was great clean and comfortable. Although there was alot of outside noise! You could hear people above you walking around and people in and out of doors all thru the nite. did not get alot of sleep!!!
