Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay on the way to Yellowstone I actually like the hotel and stayed both on my way to / from Yellowstone. The bed is newer and firmer compare to other ones I stayed on the trip. The breakfast is alright with eggs and bacon (one time) and kids likes it. The only issue is probably the quality of the wifi, which I think is a common problem with most of the Holiday Inn hotels. Remember to check out the Snake River park nearby. August 18, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service We enjoyed our stay and will likely stay there on our next visit to Idaho Falls. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was very good, a nice touch are the small boxes and bags for a take away treat. The beds are very comfortable. The bedding did appear a bit worn but very clean. The internet service was very good. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool. August 14, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Check-in Staff The check-in individual, a young man, seemed to be more interested in getting back to talking with his friend rather than assist us. During Daily room set-up, the hotel staff ignored my request for a high floor and out of the noise. When we arrived we were directed to the first floor. The staffer provided an excuse "that no one had checked out on the third floor that day, but he would try and "steel" a room for us." We later learned that this young man had actually told us a story. The daily staff including the GM were more than apologetic to us. The remainder of the staff and the hotel were in keeping with HIE's high standards. August 13, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great stay This was our first experience at a Holiday Inn Express. We've stayed at regular Holiday Inns before. We were very pleased with both. We especially like having the breakfasts available. The food was good and there were several choices for breakfast. However, don't expect it to be like eating in a restaurant. It's a buffet so you take what's offered, not how YOU want it cooked. August 13, 2014
