We were welcomed upon our early arrival. Rooms were not quite ready but as soon as they were they notified us by phone so that we could get checked in. Our hockey team had a mid-morning game and the hotel allowed us a late check out so that the boys could shower before our trip home. We will definitely stay again in the future.

First, the breakfast was good. My only reason I didn't choose excellent is the past three times we have visited the scrambled eggs just simply did not taste good. The discount value or military discount could give a better lodging rate. I am a retired Air Force member and I expected more here. These points will not turn us away from Holiday Inn, as we have enjoyed Holiday facilities for years. On a very positive note: please make sure Wendie and Michelle get all the praise and kudos for their excellent hospitality, professionalism, overall superb workmanship. They have been nothing but helpful to my family and I's needs. Promote them, give them a raise, keep them on board if you can!

We always stay here whenever we visit Idaho Falls. The staff seem to remember us and are concerned and pleasant. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The location is great for business and medical or visits to the LDS temple.

Surprisingly for this dry climate my room had a mildew smell. That is likely due to the fact that there was not a ventilation fan in the bathroom. That being said there was a light in the bathroom that made more noise than a ventilation fan, I think that ballast was about to go out. The breakfast staff was also unable to keep the food stocked, so we ended up waiting at a table without food and everyone rushing to get food as it was brought out. perhaps another staff member is needed for breakfast.

We reserved a head of time, came in late after a medical appointment in the city. We had more business to take care of the next day and decided it was so nice to have a comfortable room we opted to stay an extra night. We definitely will be staying there again when we have to visit Idaho Falls, Idaho again.

Wife and 3 boys. Front staff excellent in all aspects. Room was very comfortable. GOOD WATER PRESSURE! pool was a hit with the boys. Spa was a tad warmer than preferred but that's just me. Breakfast was filling. Will return as we travel and have to pass through I.F. Thanks for a great night.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Very noisy; little sleep; double billed
Averaged 2 hours of sleep per night due to constant music outside window all night long and sound of sliding doors seemingly inches behind head. Had to sleep on couch.
Apparently, on check-out, clerk unable to properly complete transaction; double billed for both rooms resulting in about $2000 extra on credit card. Had to initiate credit card dispute because Holiday Inn cannot control their staff or the parties they deal with. Causing me considerable angst on top of lousy stay; my time and expense to clear up. Additional interest on account and unavailability of credit while waiting for their error to be rectified.
