Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very relaxing I had two very relaxing nights at this hotel. Breakfast and a light dinner was a big plus for me. I didn't bring my bathing suit but having a morning coffee by the pool was relaxing. Would highly recommend staying here. The people made me feel very welcome and they are very hospitable. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful service Jan.30,I traveled by train to Salt Lake City, and was met there by my daughter and baby son at 3:00 am, Jan. 31. Then we drove all night to Idaho Falls,arriving at Holiday Inn Express about 7:00 am. My youngest daughter, was at the hospital next door, having her 1st child. We had basically no sleep on our route. I was so thankful when Lisa, the receptionist, helped me. She was kind,friendly and compassionate, explaining that we could rent the room and start sleeping immediately, and that breakfast would be available until 10:00 am. She and Bart, the Maintenance guy, even helped carry our bags in. Lisa gave me a very reasonable rate, explaining about cookies, meals, and all the other wonderful things you offer. She has gone the 2nd mile in every way since we met her. I definitely think that you should give her a raise, along with Bart, Melanie, the Manager, and also Aileen, in the kitchen. We ended up staying 3 days, and some of our other family members joined us. A hide-a-bed was provided with no extra charge. The room was clean and spotless. I will definitely stay there again. The breakfasts were delicious. The location was ideal and provided us much needed rest to welcome our new grandchild. Thank you! February 14, 2015
