Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent service and friendly staff The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff was overwhelming. We are a small group who held our first meeting at this property. We were treated as though we were long-time frequent visitors. The hotel room, meeting room, and public areas were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was outstanding and much better than more expensive hotels I've stayed at. The catering and meeting room was just what we wanted and there were no surprises. The mattress was comfortable and soft but I prefer one a little firmer. I had no trouble sleeping here however. My only regret is that I am unable to stay here more often. In summary, you are made to feel welcome the minute you step in the door and feel like you are in a home rather than a hotel. May 19, 2015

She had a very friendly smile each time I passed the front desk for going to my car and back. The other lady staff at breakfast made us very comfortable to be there, too. She talked very gently to my child while assisting how to serve breakfast. We felt very welcomed there, too. Thank you for your great guess service skills. May 6, 2015
