Upon check-in we were told the hours for breakfast, my immediate dismay was apparent as I mentioned our team would be leaving the hotel for the tournament before breakfast started and that that was one of our main reasons for staying there. The manager assured me that he would start breakfast half an hour earlier to accommodate our team as well as the other teams staying in the hotel. He did not have to do that, but he chose customer service! The lady who prepared breakfast Saturday morning was so kind, when we left we thanked her for coming in early for us and she assured us she was happy to do it and wouldn't have had us leave without a hot breakfast to start our day!!! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff and Clean room We stayed here for a Card Show in a nearby hotel--did not stay there since they got bad reviews for cleanliness. Our room was clean and the breakfast was what you would expect from a Holiday Inn, which was a nice easy start to the day. Staff was very nice and helpful with restaurant suggestions. Pool was a little small, especially with a volleyball team in the hotel also but, we worked around their schedule. February 18, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by front lobby people The gentleman at the desk when we first arrived was very friendly. We arrived early and helped us get a room and get set. He then signed both of us up for the IHG rewards club. I used my sister's credit card to hold the room but paid cash. I asked if he could change the name on the card and he said he would just issue me a new card. Later that night the young lady at the desk helped with finding a church for the next morning and helping us find a nearby restaurant that might take 26 people. February 18, 2015
