My room overlooked I-70 but the room was sufficiently sound-proofed so the traffic noise was barely noticeable. I was in town for a conference (at my own expense) and saved money by staying here instead of the conference hotel. November 22, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by NEVER EXPECTED THIS We were coming to Indy for a Monday evening meeting, and have had many good experiences at HIE locations, so I found the one closest to my meeting and made the reservation while driving there. So far so good. When we got to the hotel, they put us in an upgrade room (since we were "gold"). Arriving in room, everything was fine, but then we noticed that the sofa was terrible to sit on. We had to get pillows from the bed to be able to sit on it to watch TV. Then the heater quit and this was a single digit night. Checked out the beds and found them both VERY uncomfortable. Called about the heater and was told someone would be there in about 15 minutes. Then the desk called and said to just change rooms, so we moved down the hall 5 room numbers. In the new room, one bed was useable, but the other was bad. We slept on the one but it wasn't like all the other HIEs we have used. Our bill had a $20 credit on it for our inconvenience, but it wasn't a hotel that should carry the HIE name. November 21, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Recommend highly Suites were nicely arranged with beds being in a separate room away from entrance. Nice big shower head that massaged. Also had a microwave and refrigerator to use. Everything you needed was in the room. Staff very friendly. And the next morning, the free breakfast was excellent. November 20, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean room and very good service The staff was very attentive and provided information about my being a valued customer that I was not aware of such is late check out. This was offered and releaved a lot of the pressure I normally would have felt when I got back to the room so late. I was able to sleep in, get the rest I need and still check out on time.
