Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Shower issues This was a good place to stay. Parking was a total pain in the rear, but we finally found a place to park. The cleaning staff needs to make sure the shower head is pointed in the right direction, when I got up to take a shower that morning the shower head was pointed towards the toilet, & I soaked the entire floor and myself. Had a bad really bad stay. had issues with check in was told I could use my wifes card ( both of ours just has her name) with her ID then at midnight when we checked in was told I could not use it so had to have a father from my sons team pay our room bill. Then was given a handicap room with a doorbell hooked to a strobe light and someone thought it would be funny to ring it all night until 5 am about every half hour. Told the front desk nothing was done. So we got NO sleep after driving 700 miles and playing two hockey games. I would NOT return to this hotel. November 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Entire hotel was extremely clean When I stay at a hotel my first priority is cleanliness and this one exceeded my expectations. I actually inspect hotel rooms (especially the bathrooms) when I first enter them and this one was the best I have ever seen. I saw absolutely nothing that made me uneasy. The front staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. I was greeted each time I went past the front desk and they always asked if they could be of assistance. The breakfast area was also very clean and there was a good variety of provided food. I was attending an event at Brickyard Crossing at 8:30 am on a weekday and it was an easy drive from the hotel. Overall I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel and would definitely stay again and recommend it to others. November 15, 2015
