I thought for the location close to the airport it would be a little more "used" looking, but the staff, the cleanliness, the upkeep, and condition was great. I would recommend to my friends. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel I found this hotel to be very nice and clean, with easy access to the highways. The room was large and comfortable. I'm still having trouble using the new Direct TV software, and I found it to be unresponsive at times. Frankly, I don't even need or want that many channels, but I won't complain about too much choice. A minor frustration is the single elevator. It seems pretty slow and I could see it becoming a major bottleneck in the evenings and mornings. My biggest disappointment was discovering that that the circular pool pictured adjacent to the main pool was not a hot tub! Oh well. None of these things significantly impacted my stay here, and I would certainly recommend this hotel to others. March 25, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dissappointed We have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express facilities over the years. Although several small signs were visible, entry to the hotel parking was somewhat confusing (entered through another chain's parking area). The close proximity to the interstate makes the decibel level high when outside the building. Staff was scrambling at 3:30pm to finish cleaning of hallways. Facilities are newer and adequate, but staff did not appear to be ready for guests. Website did not mention pool or hot tub. We were pleased to find them, but disappointed when found hot tub was cold. March 18, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Fix the Technology I could not get the wifi login screen to display in Internet Explorer or Chrome. I used my private hot spot. The DirecTV service does not respond consistently to remote control commands. When it does, there is a noticeable delay. I turned the TV off. March 6, 2015
