Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to stay We stayed at this hotel for a concert at 8 seconds saloon. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel if you are ever attending a concert there. First of all the free shuttle that takes you to the venue and back the hotel is great. The shuttle runs all night so you can stay as long as you like. The hotel itself is great; clean, comfortable beds and pillows, excellent free breakfast in the morning, and we didn't get in the pool but it looks very nice. This was not my first stay and I will definitely be back. January 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel... Great staff... POOR POOR POOR OWNERSHIP!!! It is a true shame... This is a Great hotel with great staff... If you are going to use cash go somewhere else!!! Out of 20+ states and 60+ different IHG family of hotels this is the first one that shows 0 respect for Gold level members... This hotel will require a 250.00 deposit from anyone paying cash... This is the first hotel I have found that will not waive this for Gold level or higher members... The policies of this hotel truly make u feel like a shady guest for using cash... I personally and all of my employees will be taking our cash to hotels that are not owned by this owner! January 12, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast of Champions Very impressed with the overall attitude of the staff at this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and attentive to our needs. They went above the call of duty when at breakfast they were out of chocolate milk. The manager took care of the problem by going out ot the grocery store himself and getting milk for our 3 year old! During our stay it was very evident that they took customer satisfaction seriously! Looking forward to our next trip to Indy!!! January 2, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Compassionate, professional staff We stayed at the airport Holiday Inn last November to be with a family member who was having emergency bypass surgery at a nearby hospital. It was an extremely stressful time for us because he coded twice the day after surgery. The staff and management were companionate , caring, and supportive. They took a difficult personal time for us and handled it with professionalism and a pleasantness that made our stay as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. Thank you to Lizbeth, Debbie, Chiara, Melissa, and the daytime/nighttime management team. Any return trips to the Indianapolis area will certainly see us at the airport Holiday Inn again. --Harold and Sue January 1, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel, excellent staff Nice hotel, excellent staff. We stayed here before a flight and parked our car in their lot and used the shuttle service to the airport. No problems. My only warning is that the pool has what appears to be a hot tub that is just cool pool water. :( December 30, 2014
