Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Another Holiday Inn Room as expected except we had 2 king beds which were massive. Dusty light fixtures but that is about it. Get rid of the pancake machine. They were gross. The rest is fine for an on the road stay May 13, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet and good value This hotel met my expectations for a Holiday Inn hotel. The hotel was modern and overall pretty clean. The beds and room were comfortable. The location is on the outside of the city but it was perfect for our stay because we were traveling farther south for the day during our stay. The breakfast was one of the only things that I thought could have been better. We went down in the last hour of breakfast and a few items were out and didn't look like they were being refilled. Everything else was a great value for the hotel and we weren't interrupted by any noise around our room. May 13, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by NICE HOTEL FOR MONEY BUT INTERNET NOT SO GREAT I was very happy with the staff all around. They were professional and friendly. The TV was a little old becasue I could not get my laptop to connect and work with the tv. Having the internet down for a few hours was a hassle and also having to constantly re enter the password was a bit of a hassle. Other than that I would recommend the hotel highly. May 7, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by "Satisfied Stay Everything was good. The only issue we had was the air conditioner was super loud (though it helped with the traffic noise) and no lotion in the room. Also, we only wanted one king bed but had to book a two king bed room which, for whatever reason, was cheaper. The stay price seemed a little high especially since on the first and last night the parking lot was empty. But all and all, as one can see, not much to complain about. Will stay here again if ever in the area. May 7, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Changed rate after confirmation everything was good, with 2 exceptions...the handicap room was not a handicap bathroom and i specifically asked all the right questions prior to booking. 2nd, i had booked about 8 or 9 days in advance, when we checked in, it was late, we had been lost in INDY for over an hour. as per usual, I initialed twice and signed once on the check-in form and was given keys. it was not until our second morning when they put the receipt under the door, that i realized they had changed the 2nd night's rate. when i asked about it, they explained that there was a fireman's convention in town and that drove up the demand and thus the price ($70). I complained and the manager said i should be more careful about what i signed. He is absolutely right, but i visit Indy about 6 times a year and will not be his guest ever again! May 4, 2016
