Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff! The front desk was very cheerful and friendly upon our arrival. The gentleman gave us perfect directions to our dinner destination, along with parking garage info. In the morning our breakfast attendant was very bright and friendly! The only non-perfect rating I gave was based on the beds. The memory foam has broken down a bit so it was a little squishy for beds with 2 people. We have stayed in this hotel several times when we visit our son at IUPUI and we will definitely stay here again! November 20, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Beds are not comfy and rooms by the roads are too loud to sleep. If you want sleep at night do not stay here. The train comes around 11pm and 3 am. Also the streets are so noisy you can't sleep. The constant fan in my room was broke. Beds were not comfortable. Overall quality for the price was poor. November 19, 2014

The rooms are so comfortable and quite - you dont know your right across from the football stadium until you open the blinds. Be sure to talk to the manager about helpful tips / dinner recommendations - as they will be more than willing to help you. Hard working managers? Yes - the night manager greeted us in the morning again - with her smile and helpfulness. Thanks to all who make everyones stay wonderful - 5 star service! November 13, 2014
