Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Mixed feelings Unfortunately the water was our when I checked in. My first room was also near a very loud repair crew. I was told by one staff member, April; very friendly and helpful that she would move my room to help with the nose. Kudos to April. I later wanted to warm up my food, but found that there was no way to do that. Also my first room 109 had some dried substance on the footstool cover. But all in all the room design was simple and modern. I think I will stay again as this stay may have been a fluke. April's pleasant demeanor made the stay bearable. November 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Amazing Staff!!! Our stay was great. The staff were accommodating on everything. Every question that we had, they had the answers along with menus or telephones number and directions to points of interest. The only drawback that we encountered but by no means a problem, was that the meeting room was a little small. But we were traveling with 200 people. But we made it work with the help of the staff. We will stay again on our next trip to Indianapolis!! November 25, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by I've been to better Holiday Inn Express The staff was excellent! The cleanliness of the lobby was excellent and I enjoyed the breakfast choices. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the air-conditioning was sub-par. The bathroom shower head was horribly corroded making the jets spray in different directions. I kept fining long women's hair throughout the room. I have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express in the area and this location was the worst. November 12, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average to Below Average The room was nice but I have stayed in much nicer HEI rooms before. There was a funny smell to the room, almost like someone had smoked in there before. The electricity went out twice will I was there and the HVAC thermostat also didn't work so it got really warm in my room at night. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs tasted like they had been sitting out for hours and this was at 6:30 in the morning. I went elsewhere for breakfast for the rest of the week. Staff was friendly. November 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another Fine HIE Stay Overall the stay was as I've come to expect from Holiday Inn Express. The staff here were very friendly and accommodating. They offered me a free cold bottle of water since all of the vending machines were empty. The hot tub/spa needs a renovation. I still used it one night, but its very outdated and less than half of the jets function. In addition its incredibly loud in the room (indoor pool/spa) when you turn the jets on. All-in-all I would return if I'm back in Indy. November 8, 2015
