I have always been greeted by a very friendly and courteous staff at the front desk. They make sure that my accommodations are satisfactory. The housekeeping is great. The security personnel are very friendly and helpful with directions and transportation. I will continue to stay at the Holiday Inn Express on my trips to Irapuato.

The only problem was that the room was not ready when I arrived to the hotel at 16:45 hrs.

The breakfast was realy bad ,Iwll never take these option again
maybe try other hotel option.

The air conditioner in one of the rooms never worked. We tried to drop it until 10°C and it only went down to 28°C
The printer in the business center doesn't work properly, margins are all incorrect.

The staff are what makes this hotel a very comfortable and easy place to stay when visiting Irapuato.
The rooms are very nice and the breakfast is always good.
The shuttle to and from the airport in Leon is easy and always available.
The restaurant / bar in the hotel is open for lunch and until late for dinner. Good food, and good people.
This was my 5th time staying in this hotel since 2010 and it has remained one of my favorites.
Thank you for being our home away from home.

1. Room was not ready when doing checking in despite it was late (by 19:00 PM local time), I waited for five minutes and not ready yet, so I decided to go up and room was still being cleaned.
2. Internet cable was requested over the phone because Wi-Fi was too slow, I waited for 10 minutes and cable never arrived, so I came down to front desk to request it again; unfortunately, borrowed cable was broken so it could not be used, I went down again to front desk and no more cables were available so I gave up for using Internet.
3. In early morning there were people talking each other loudly outside hotel (drunk) which woke me up.
