Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable room. we always try to stay at a holiday inn express when we travel. the comfort of the beds, pillows, linens and duvet blankets is practically identical at all locations. as a handicapped individual, such comfort is essential to a restful night and a pleasant trip. the proximity of this hotel to the dfw airport was excellent, as we had an early flight the following morning. always enjoy the complimentary breakfast also. i finally, as a result of this stay, got around to ordering one of the soft pillows for myself from the holiday inn online site. Brandi reached out us and supplied her card so we can contact her or Shane directly for our next stay. Without Brandi and Shane I think that location would struggle. It was rather late yet Brande gave me information for my trip to downtown Dallas in the morning. She ensured that my reservation was complete and that I was given needed information. The two of them made my trip a very excellent one and I plan on coming back very soon! August 25, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome hotel and so convenient to DFW! This was my 3rd stay at this HIE. The breakfast is the "bomb"! I tried the fresh eggs and bacon this time, which were delicious! Last time I had the 1 minute pancakes, which were also delicious! I love the staff here, too! So friendly and helpful. It's also nice that they provide a shuttle service to local restaurants in addition to the airport. :)) August 22, 2014

Brandi, always makes our accomodation very comfortable. Brandi, always makes us feel welcome and appreciates you as a customer. I would like to thank Brandi for all she does when we arrive and stay. Brandi, is one Awesome Staff member at the front desk. James is always friendly first thing in the morning. When we leave the hotel to go to work James is always at the front desk saying good morning with a smile. I always know James is looking out for us during the night to make sure we are safe. Thanks James for your kindness and your smile. Cassandra, I have known her for several years and she always welcome us when we come in from work. I can depend on Cassandra to set our alarm for early wake up call. Ivan, WoW what a friendly front desk staff. He is a fairly new employee but you would never know it. Ivan, has help me with my I-pad where I understand how to use it . Ivan, always has a great big smile and always greets you with kindness. Shane, is just down right a cool person. Shane does everything under the sun to help you. When I come into the lobby and alot of people are checking at once he is as cool and very professional. Shane is just a great guy. Francis, she is a great person and keeps the dinning very clean. I left my I-Pad in the kitchen by mistake. Francis, took it to the front desk. I came back at lunch time and they had it. She is a very honest person and I want to Thank Francis for her honestly and caring about me. Brandi and the front desk staff are great!!
