The front desk folks, Ivan and Brandi in particular , really are committed to providing an excellent customer experience. Highly recommend this location. March 26, 2015

The rooms were very good for doing work with a large desk space and fast internet connection. The wireless feature was easy to connect to and provided reliable service throughout the room. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel but did have a problem This was a nice hotel, the only problem that I experienced is that my wife left a pair of her shoes in the closet and did not realize it until a few hours after we checked out. I immediately called the hotel to be told that they did not find anything that day and that someone would call me the next day, which they did but I missed the call, I returned the call and left a message and never heard back from them again after that. I know that this was our fault, leaving stuff behind but I would like to think that something that was left in a room would be returned or at least a customer would be contacted to say that they found something in the room, I was not expecting the hotel to pay for shipping or anything like that but it would have been nice to get the shoes back as they were definitely in the closet. I am very disappointed with both IHG and the hotel over this matter. March 12, 2015
