The staff was awesome and the room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Hot breakfast with so many choices. We will definitely stay there again.

The staff did a great job assisting me find rooms for my extended family while we were attending my father's funeral. I really appreciate how they went out of the way to make sure everyone was comfortable and well taken care.

Standard Holiday Inn Express. Clean room. Comfortable bed. All these good things spoiled by 75 minute wait for shuttle pickup at DFW. This would have been fine if they told me this when I first called. However, they indicated it would be 15 to 20 minutes. Very unprofessional. Will avoid staying here in the future.

Very nice room with sitting area. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this location.

I am attending training in Irving and The Holiday Inn is the perfect place to stay. There are shuttles to/from the business park and dinner spots. This service is greatly appreciated. Brandee and her staff are always ready with a friendly greeting, directions, and snack. Whatever I need to make my stay comfortable. Thanks for you do and see you soon!

The hotel is an excellent place to stay if in the Irving area. Parking, entrances, staff, breakfast, and room are great. I wish the Hotel would make coffee in the evening, but overall this hotel is a good choice for the area,

Because of all the crazy weather earlier this month we had a flight cancellation and I just called the nearest Holiday Inn and this was it. Brandee at the front desk was very friendly on the phone and informed me that the shuttle was currently in the airport and if we hurried we could catch it and we could finalize the reservation in person. Luckily we caught it because it was COLD! They were renovating the front area of the hotel so she placed us far from whatever noise might still be happening (since it was b4 5PM). We had a crib delivered immediately and because I'm an IHG member we got free drinks from their market. The room was awesome! Spacious. Flat screens in living room and bedroom. Bathtub and stall shower. Very clean. My only complaint was the morning shuttle. They overbooked it so we were STUFFED in. My husband and I (and baby) had to share a seat. I'm not sure where the miscommunication occurred but "roll call" for who ever is on the shuttle list should be taken BEFORE passengers board the shuttle not when we're all already stuffed in there. Otherwise - what's the point?
Overall we really liked it and and the price was really cheap too for it being a suite room.

After finding out my 'frr' room voucher could not be honored due to a full hotel, I went to the nearest Holiday Inn Express and had no trouble getting a wonderful room. This was after 11 p.m. on a Friday night in Dallas, TX. The rate was favorable and the room immaculate and spacious. Because of the change of breakfast time to 7 on the weekends, and an early morning flight I was not able to get breakfast at the hotel. They did have bananas and coffe so I did get something before heading to the airport. The staff was courteous and ackowldge my IHG Rewards status.
