Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Hotel A wonderful hotel to stay at if you are in this area. The staff at check-in was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and was able to get a great night sleep. There was no outside noise to keep you awake. The furniture was very comfortable for setting and watching television. Great bathroom with a wonderful shower. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices to choose from. wonderful place I will be staying at again. November 24, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BREAKFAST They were out of scrambled eggs my entire stay and the omelets they serve are not very tasty! So as far as eggs there was not a choice, but variety of other items were very good. Again manager Brandi and her staff were awesome, friendly, courteous etc. The shuttle men were also outstanding! Due to the fact of not reviving a wake up call at 5am by the staff on duty, if any available at that time, I had the most terrible day in trying to get back home. I did not only miss flights but as a disabled person with a serious heart condition, this situation truly placed me on a level of stress that even a totally healthy person would have not been able to endure. I am so disappointed by the way this matter was not taken with the serious effect that this deserves, as knowing that day is behind me is hard to accept. Manager was contacted but he was on vacations during the incident. Intercontinental Hotel Group was also contacted and I am waiting to see how these people will proceed regarding this matter. At least some type of compesation should be offered, if not a total refund of the charges made, due to this serious inconveniences a customer was put due to a unreasonable mistake on part of the hotel. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Shuttle service to the airport While my stay was good for the most part I was a little confused and disappointed in this hotel's shuttle policy. We had a party of 10 people when we stayed at this hotel prior to leaving on a group vacation. We would like to have had most of the party take the shuttle to the airport while the remainder parked the vehicles at the DFW airport parking. However the desk staff member told me they would not shuttle our party unless we purchased the "Stay, Park and Fly" option they had . This was more expensive than parking at the airport and they had no onsite security. I saw no advantage to purchasing that option. I then asked what about people that arrive by plane and if they shuttled them free of charge and he said yes. So what was the difference shuttling most of our party since we were not leaving our vehicles? We were paying customers just the same as someone flying in were we not? November 21, 2014
