As I have stayed at this hotel for months on end, I would confidently state that the staff is what really puts it over the top. A special thank you to Brandi and Cassandra. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best HIE experience to date, and that is saying something After a very frustrating evening getting stranded at DFW, the staff at this HIExpress were exceptionally hospitable. They took my reservation, sent a shuttle to pick me up at the airport, gave me a free Dt. Coke, offered to take me over to a Denny's for supper, upgraded my room to a suite, and scheduled a time to take me back to the airport in the morning. They didn't know I was stranded by American Airlines at DFW. They just knew I was a good customer. The gentlemen who took me back to the airport was also extremely nice and helpful. I told him that I was out of cash and I apologized that I couldn't tip him. But, he said that was no big deal. He still gave me extraordinary service. Bottomline: They took care of me. HIExpress ALWAYS takes care of me. I was already a devoted HIExpress customer and now I'm definitely so. The airline I flew with could learn a lot from HIExpress's focus on customer service. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DFW I like the cleanliness of the room. The shower was very small and the lighting in the room was not very well placed. They needed more lighting around the full length mirror. This was my 1st trip for business and it was seamless. I always try to stay at a Holiday Inn express when I travel for leisure so this was an easy decision to pick another Holiday Inn express and I wasn't disappointed. August 24, 2015
