My most recent stay was going to be for about 30 nights. I spoke to Brande when I set up the reservation. Everything was ready when I arrived and the room was roomy and comfortable. When I found out my stay was going to be cut a few days short I called to advise the location in case they needed the room earlier. I spoke to Brande again and, even though I hadn't talked to her in about a month, she remembered me by name. I appreciate this personal touch and the service provided. November 10, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Park N Fly Great location for travelers esp if you are using the DFW airport for a portion of your travel. The hotel offers a parking area to leave your car until you return. This was all scheduled ahead of time. The hotel also has an airport shuttle that was available for scheduling ahead of time. This worked great for us as we were traveling as a group with children. We used the shuttle twice. We loved the service, room, smiling faces and the secure feeling we had during our two stays. November 10, 2014

I did not meet her during my stay, but I found all staff members to be helpful and friendly. The furniture in the room sitting area was out-dated, but the bedroom and bathroom were very nice. I was there due to a family emergency health situation and was traveling alone. I did not worry at all about my safety at this location. November 9, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT PLACE FOR A SHORT STAY OR A LONG ONE The staff is very friendly and does everything to try and make you feel comfortable. The front desk manager, Brande, is very attentive and takes care of every detail. While I don't know everyone's name, the ones that have been there awhile always greet arriving or returning guests: Ivan, Shane, Cassandra, Oliver, James, Frances and Brande. It is nice when people remember you when you are away from home! The beds are comfortable and the hotel is clean and well kept. The hotel manager, Jay, makes sure of that! November 6, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel by the airport! This was a great location to stay as I was visiting family/friends in Grapevine. It is a bit tricky to get to, but the grounds were well maintained, parking was adequate. Great room with a neat bathroom that had a separate tub and shower stall. The room even had a fridge/sink area. The lobby was nice and clean with a snack center, a great business center and nice breakfast. I had a nice sleep in the bed with good pillows. The only complaints I have is if you don't keep the A/C fan running, you can definitely hear the aircraft flying over, but then again, I knew this when I booked the hotel. Also, the rooms could use a good carpet shampooing as there were a few big stains on the floor (I just wore socks). :) GREAT value for the price if you just need a night's stay over! November 5, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service in spite of Location! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We knew we were staying near the airport so the 'noise' was expected, however it did not bother us a bit. The bed was very comfy and room temperature was nice so we slept very well. Parking lot was a bit full, however that was expected as well because of the location near the airport. The only thing I would recommend for this particular hotel is to open up the breakfast earlier, perhaps 5:30 or 6:00 am, due to people waking up earlier to make flights. My personal reason for staying here was the great value and it was somewhat close to downtown Dallas where I was going to be running my marathon. It would have been nice to have breakfast open early so I could have some fruit and juice before the race. One of the reasons my husband and I enjoy staying at Holiday Inn Expresses is for the quality of stay and breakfasts, so we were a bit bummed on missing out on breakfast thios time! Keep up the great work and customer service, Holiday Inn Express has never failed us! November 4, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by excelent service for stay and fly we stayed on a sat night and flew out early sunday morning, gone a full week but had booked our stay when we returned. shuttle was promt in picking us up and returned us to the hotel and we stayed that night to return home the next morning. we weren't really that far from home but the ease ane affordable prices made it an easy choice since we were tired from our vacation in mexico. felt very comfortable leaveing out car there when we left and as expected, found it safe and sound on our return. we use holiday inn a great deal and enjoy the service we get...cant be beat and this hotel was even nicer than we expected... beautiful grounds and great rooms! breakfast could use a bit of work but overall we were very pleased! thanks for a great addition to our wonderful vacation and the great stay and fly plan you have.. it saved us money in the long run and that's always a plus. even by DFW, it was very peaceful! Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Room but Dirty Bed and Bathroom Well, the room is big, and it has free WiFi and breakfast. It's also very close to the DFW airport. But the room is not very clean. There are some stains on my bed-sheets and some dead insects on the bathroom floor. That's not a good experience. October 30, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very inhospitable due to the owner of hotel! If I stay at a hotel by the airport it's because I have an early flight. I wasn't able to get milk for my coffee or use their toaster to toast my gluten free bread. Everything was locked up and they don't give a key to the front desk staff. Breakfast didn't start until 7:00 and that's too late for a hotel by the airport. I've stayed at many hotels and they give me milk for my coffee when I check in. The owner of that hotel needs to be more hospitable or he won't have any guests. Being a Rewards Club Member didn't even rank! October 28, 2014

It started with my check in with Brandy.Brandy gave me all details for restaurants and some local area attractions.Brandy also provided me with a bottle of water when I checked in because it was very busy when I walked in. I had a few issues with the first couple of rooms I felt like Brandy really went above and beyond to accommodate me and I really appreciate that type of service even though I was not as nice as I should have been Brandy still remained calm and was beyond nice to me and never lost any patience.Brandy is a great asset to have at your front desk and I hope to see her smiling face upon my next stay. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not bad at all. I was surprised at how well I rested. This is because the hotel is located next to Dallas Fort Wayne International. It must have been constructed well because I rarely heard any planes. Some signs that the hotel gets alot of use but clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast choices were excellent and they have an airport shuttle. Will stay again when business takes me to Dallas. October 21, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk went above and beyond When we arrived at the hotel, the airport shuttle was full for our flight early the next morning. The front desk supervisor totally took care of us by arranging a special shuttle just for us. Since we had to get up a little bit earlier for this extra shuttle, she upgraded our room when we returned a week later. Also, the food in the breakfast is real food - not just cheap pastries. Had a pancake maker, cheese omelets, and other quality breakfast items. October 20, 2014
