We arrived late-evening at DFW airport and called the front desk. Mark provided detailed directions on where and when to meet the shuttle, and greeted us by name when we arrived at the hotel.

I stay at Holiday Inn express very often. This is the best express I have ever stayed in! The rooms were great, the staff wonderful and the price was perfect. I will definitely be back

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cosmos123 Feels like home!
I stay at this location for a minimum of a month at a time and I feel like it's home. The staff greets me by name and makes every effort to make sure I am comfortable. I wouldn't mind a little variation in the breakfast choices, but the food is tasty. I have no complaints with this hotel.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by payforshuttleservice It'll cost guests and Priority memners to use the $huttle from/to the airport?
I've stayed at plenty of HIE around the world and other hotels within the Priority Club list and this was the first hotel I EVER experienced having to pay for shuttle service from/to the airport?
We were told that it was a choice made by the owners - the question I have is, Will I need to ask this question every time I book a hotel in the future?
The hotel staff did everything that their job descriptions entail; the breakfast each morning was more than well stocked; the front desk staff took great care of us; we even got free shuttle service to Cowboys Stadium... but a ride to the airport costs $20.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Mikesliv OK but not the best managed HI Express
Requested ground floor since I had 4 bags, got 3rd floor at the end of the hall, as far away as you could possibly get. Had to make another trip to the desk because key wasn't programmed to open the door. The sink was clogged and didn't drain, the toilet kept running (I had to open it up and adjust the flapper to get it to stop). The breakfast lady began removing food right at 9:30 with 5 or 6 people waiting to grab a bite for breakfast - the race was on - obviously someone had instructed her to get the food out of there as quick as possible before the guests could eat it. Otherwise reasonably clean and comfortable.

We stayed here 2 separate nights for overnight connecting flights. The staff at the front desk were very nice and attentive. The breakfast is one of the best we have had in hotels. We received an automatic upgrade (don't know if intentional or not) the second night with a large suite with 2 separate environments. This was very helpful since we were traveling with 2 young kids with different sleeping habits. Negative point include no room service or onsite restaurant. You can call for delivery but it took almost an hour for the food to arrive. The second night, we arrived after 11pm and no restaurant picked up the phone. Fortunately, they have plenty of junk foods and instant to cook/frozen foods by the lobby for purchase.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Ronman No priority welcome
I generally receive some form of gift upon checking in and acknowledgment that I am a priority club member. This did not happen at this HI Express.
