Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quality Service at an Affordable Rate I stay in many hotels during the year but I have yet to find the level of service and quality for the money as Brandy and the staff at this location provide. The breakfast area is always clean and the selection is good. The pool area is always clean and towels are available. My room is always cleaned and smells fresh when I get in from work. When you work seven days a week on a 12-hour day it is refreshing to come into a clean, neat room. Thanks, keep up the good work. June 23, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and great room We stayed here because we had an early flight out to Florida the next morning and didn't want to have to drive three hours from home to make the flight. We went to the Rangers game before we checked into to the hotel. We talked to the staff about our son (who was not staying at the hotel ) parking his truck there while we were at the game so we did not have to take two cars to the game. They said it was no problem at all. They also explained how we could leave our car there while we were in Florida and how to catch the shuttle to the airport. We could not have asked for better service from the staff. Our other son and grandson stayed in the suite with us. There was plenty of room for all of us and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. There was plenty of seating for all of us to watch TV before going to bed. We liked being able to close the bedroom door when we went to bed and they could continue to watch TV and not disturb us at all. We will stay here again. June 19, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Could have been a disaster... We always demand a clean room when traveling, and hope for good service. This time, we got the opposite of each. Unfortunately, our check-in room was not clean. I will spare the details, but we were ready to look for another hotel. Supervisor Brande saved the day. It is understandable that a room isn't perfect, but the customer service always should be. It makes a 1-star experience into a 5-star experience. Brande quickly moved us to another room, was very sympathetic, and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable after a bad start. In the end, I would recommend this hotel because of the staff. All of the staff we spoke to were very friendly. Mistakes happen, but it is reassuring when the staff does everything they can do to correct it. The hotel is not your traditional HI Express. Probably an older hotel renovated by Holiday Inn. It is a wrap-around hotel that is bigger than it appears. The pool area was nice inside of the square-shaped hotel. There is a large dining room for breakfast with the traditional fare, and the hostess was busy the morning we were there. We stayed here since other hotels were sold out in Arlington due to the George Strait concert. The airport is directly behind this hotel and they appear to have shuttle service. We drove in so I can't comment on that service. June 18, 2014

The shuttle was timely and the driver friendly and helpful. We will stay here again when flying out od DFW or in this area for some other reason. Overall, a great hotel at a good value. June 16, 2014

Shane checked us in, gave us great service and confirmed we would be able to leave our car there while we were gone and we would ride the shuttle to the airport. That was the best news ever, to know we did not have to find long term parking in an airport we knew nothing about before an early flight. Thank you so much June 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff, Housekeeping, Breakfast hostesses, Maintenance The rooms were exceptionally clean, I usually can not get a good nights sleep in a strange bed, but that night I slept soundly, the breakfast was out and the ladies were just constantly checking the buffet to make sure it was out and warm on time, and 2 gentlemen working I will guess was probably as maintenance, offered to fill our ice chest, where the ice machine was located on the 2nd floor. Thanks for great experience will make reservations at this particular hotel, if there is availability on our next trip to the DFW area June 11, 2014

It isn't difficult to tell about this from the hotel van's markings but my travel arranger didn't communicate it to me in the first place so and their is another IHG location van that picks up so it is important. Great stay. The staff was very good. Room was perfect. It is within easy walking distance of a very good Ruby Tuesday restaurant. No pass code for the internet which is not a big deal but some added convenience. I didn't rate the quality of the breakfast because I was out of there early in the morning and didn't get a chance to try it. I will stay there again for sure when I have occasion to stay at DFW again. May 31, 2014

Staff volunteered to upgrade at no extra cost when making phone reservations. Great value! 10-15 min. shuttle ride to complicated airport. Need a bit better written directions for driving to airport. Left in am prior to breakfast time. Would def. stay here again!! Very clean and spacious rooms. May 29, 2014

I spend most of my time hanging out by the pool. I was given a huge corner suite, enjoyed the vast breakfast on both days and received a late checkout. Perfect! May 28, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Planes Taking Off Sound Like They Are In Your Room The staff at this hotel tried their very best to be accommodating, however there is only so much accommodating they can do with a hotel located in the flight path of one of the runways. The noise from the planes taking off was incredibly loud and only stopped at midnight because there were apparently no more planes taking off. The room (an upgrade) had outdated furniture and was in serious need of some renovation/remodeling. The shower stall was something that I have only seen in the movies as being a prison shower. If you want comfort and any degree of rest, you should strongly consider any other hotel. May 27, 2014

This includes not just my check -in evening crew, which is when I tend to need more help or service, but the morning crew, those in charge of hosting breakfast, along with the ladies cleaning the rooms that I met down the hall. I wish I could spend more time at this location as I didn't get a chance to use half of the facility like the beautiful pool and workout facility. This is definitely bookmarked as my location to stay in Irving. May 13, 2014

The only thing that I wasn't quite so happy with was that the air circulating vent in this room blew down directly onto the bed, which made me run a bit hot and cold during the night. Brande is an excellent Front Desk Manager, when I arrived she recognized me from previous stays and just handed me key because the front desk was swamped with check-ins. I came down later a competed my registration. She remember me talking about my stay in Hawaii an had chocolate turtles waiting when I arrived. Great staff. April 21, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 4th stay for the Big Win Promotion We were greeted by pleasant front desk staff who recognized our Platinum status. We were given a room facing the DFW airport so we could watch the planes land and take off - LOL. We did experience an issue in the room and it took a couple of attempts to resolve but eventually was taken care of. The staff and management went above and beyond our expectation and promised they would take corrective action to resolve any future issues. So we will be back. The young lady who joined the evening staff and took care of us was very sweet. She is an asset to your staff. We received a phone call the following Monday to ensure our satisfaction. April 20, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Convienient To DFW My upgraded 2 queen suite was spacious. The separate living room and bedroom are nice. This room had a separate shower. The show was small but nice. I slept well and was not disturbed by any noises from inside or out. I did not try the breakfast due to an early flight. The business center PC's are old and slow. One would not start. I was able to print my boarding pass so it fulfilled my need. My room smelled a little musty / old so this hotel may be old but updated. April 13, 2014
