Our flight back to DFW arrived in the evening; it was good to have a comfortable room before our drive to our hometown the next morning. The hotel was top notch all around. We will stay here again. Explained everything to us & offer any help that we might encounter during our stay. I choose to sleep in so I really can't tell anything about the breakfast choices. We stay at this HI every time we have friends or family flying in to DFW. ENJOYED!! March 27, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy staff I stay at a lot of Holiday inns, however this location has the noisiest Cleaning staff I have ever encountered. From yelling to each other Up and down the hallways, slamming doors...etc. Every day. And forget about relaxing, the noise goes on for hours. Additionally, staff underestimated breakfast servings Saturday morning. At 9am cold cereal was pretty much all that was left. March 27, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Typical Airport Hotel Obvious that they bought a cheaper hotel brand and have not yet converted it but was of the more reasonable options to be right by the airport; Hyatt across the street was twice as much. Rooms were as clean as they could make the previous hotel but still an evident lower quality/not standard Holiday Inn Express and musty. Smelled like old smoke and poor air quality. March 23, 2014

This would have been fine if they told me this when I first called. However, they indicated it would be 15 to 20 minutes. Very unprofessional. Will avoid staying here in the future. February 22, 2014

There are shuttles to/from the business park and dinner spots. This service is greatly appreciated. Brandee and her staff are always ready with a friendly greeting, directions, and snack. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Unexpected layover & traveling for over 12 hrs w. baby made very comfortable Because of all the crazy weather earlier this month we had a flight cancellation and I just called the nearest Holiday Inn and this was it. Brandee at the front desk was very friendly on the phone and informed me that the shuttle was currently in the airport and if we hurried we could catch it and we could finalize the reservation in person. Luckily we caught it because it was COLD! They were renovating the front area of the hotel so she placed us far from whatever noise might still be happening (since it was b4 5PM). We had a crib delivered immediately and because I'm an IHG member we got free drinks from their market. The room was awesome! Spacious. Flat screens in living room and bedroom. Bathtub and stall shower. Very clean. My only complaint was the morning shuttle. They overbooked it so we were STUFFED in. My husband and I (and baby) had to share a seat. I'm not sure where the miscommunication occurred but "roll call" for who ever is on the shuttle list should be taken BEFORE passengers board the shuttle not when we're all already stuffed in there. Otherwise - what's the point? Overall we really liked it and and the price was really cheap too for it being a suite room. February 5, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stranded traveller After finding out my 'frr' room voucher could not be honored due to a full hotel, I went to the nearest Holiday Inn Express and had no trouble getting a wonderful room. This was after 11 p.m. on a Friday night in Dallas, TX. The rate was favorable and the room immaculate and spacious. Because of the change of breakfast time to 7 on the weekends, and an early morning flight I was not able to get breakfast at the hotel. They did have bananas and coffe so I did get something before heading to the airport. The staff was courteous and ackowldge my IHG Rewards status. Thank you for the warmth and restful sleep. Whenever I'm in the greater Dallas area, I stay at this property. Service is always spot on, upgrades to suites are customary and everything is clean and well kept. The rooms are a bit dated, but are comfortable and completely functional. Breakfast is the usual. Nothing special, but well-prepared. Pool area is well maintained and a great place to relax when the weather permits. Occasionally, due to proximity to DFW, you'll get buzzed. But it's not common. We had to wait forty (40) minutes for the shuttle and had to take a cab to the airport the next day as they could not accomodate our party of four, for the following morning. December 31, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hot experience during an icy storm We stayed at this location because we wanted to be close to the airport during the forecasted ice storm. The forecast was spot on and we were very thankful that the Holiday Inn staff was also spot on during this trying time. Our initial flight was cancelled during this storm and we were not sure if we would be able to get onto another flight during the same day. CARMEN was very understanding and helpful, working with us during this uncertain time. We were able to book another flight and did not need to stay another night; however, it was extremely helpful knowing that we had this option if we needed it. Thank You!!!!!! December 29, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Big Room Stayed one night after arrival at DFW. Room was rather large even though had King Size bed. All amentities in the room worked out well. Brande moved us closer to the lobby when she saw how tired we were from the flight. She gave decent advice on restaurants and their room service. Bathroom was a little small because they had made room for shower and separate tub. Morning breakfast was great and they kept cleaning up/replacing food items quickly--excellent staff. Carpets in hallways needed replacing but overall, we got great value for the room we had. We would stay there again. December 24, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect for our young family Loved the stay, the suite setup was perfect for us and our children. I was worried about the noise from the jets due to the proximity of the airport, but the HVAC system allows you to run the fan continuously (and still use the heat/air in the traditional manner) so we didn't notice them at all. Everything was clean, staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was good. Only negative for me was a lack of vending machines, and since there are no stores close enough to conveniently walk to, you are stuck with planning ahead (we didn't) for snacks/drinks or paying the exorbitant prices in the lobby. However, this was a minor detail and I would definitely stay here again. December 21, 2013
