I stayed at this hotel for 9 days on business travel. My room was a King suite, which had a 42" HD TV and sofa. The hotel and room was well cared for and very clean. The gym equipment was in good repair and functioned well. The laundry facilities were clean and well kept as well. The breakfast options were as good as they get at this brand of hotel. This is one of the best Holiday Inn Expresses I have stayed at.
The Red Lobster in the parking lot is definitely a big plus.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stay at this location every time we fly out of DFW. The staff are very friendly and professional. Their rooms are clean, comfortable and roomy. We always get a great nights sleep there. The shuttle to the airport is very convenient; No hassle trying to get in and out of the airport or trying to find parking there.

I stay at this hotel when I have to catch an early flight back from Dallas. I am usually late getting in but there is a Red Lobster right next door (which is busy but you can get in by sitting at the bar for dinner. Inevitably, I miss any of the breakfast bar at the hotel with my early morning flights but it looks pretty basic . The rooms are an odd layout, but quiet and clean. All in all a serviceable hotel with gas stations nearby. The back way to the airport car rental return is right down hwy 161 beside the hotel so you can get there quickly in the morning. It's not really a 'vacation' hotel, but serviceable for business.

We were stranded because of a blizzard in Missouri for 2 days. After waiting for over an hour for a shuttle from another hotel, the HIX shuttle stopped and offered us help because he had driven by us twice. We were at the hotel in minutes and were well taken care of - even a shuttle to Walmart for supplies. All of the staff were great and we would highly recommend this hotel

Recently stayed at this Holiday Inn. I normally lodge at Hyatts or Hyatt affiliatted properties. I was impressed with every apect of this hotel from staff to location(as far as easy access) to ammenities to cleanliness. Would most definitely recommend to anyone needing accomodations in Ft Worth area.

Same amenities as other HIE's but not as nice (and overpriced)as other's that I've stayed at. Maybe due to it being so close to DFW airport, I don't know. Room clean, quiet. Bed comfy, slept well. Nice bathroom. Hot, fresh continental breakfast. Fitness center small and needs free weights.

I loved staying at the holiday inn. I would have given them excellent on everything but it did take us a little longer to check in (part my fault). I was there for work and my manager reserved the rooms but since he was not the one staying I chose to put the reward points under my name instead of letting them go on his so the front desk staff had to move everything aroundand one of the ladys was being trained. Other than that I had a great time and a wonderful stay.

This hotel is closest to the South End, where the rental car center is located. It was easy to top off the tank, turn in the car and take the shuttle to theback to the hotel, and rest for a morning flight The driver was top notch, among the best I've seen.
I may stop in here next time I fly in.

Loved the hotel and the King Suite was beautiful! Very clean and comfy and the staff was great. The price for my added-on day was a bit high compared to other hotels in its class and would likely be the only thing preventing me from staying here again.

The staff and service at this hotel was first rate, no issues at all there, the rooms were clean and well equipped.
My only issues were as a business traveler were:
a) slow and intermittent wireless internet.
b) lack of power outlets in the room, had to unplug lamps and clocks to charge phone and laptop/tablets etc. (other hotels have begun to install power strips etc...)
c) very limited TV channel selection, worst I have seen at a hotel in a long time.
The staff and service more than made up for the shortfalls, but it is something to hotel should work on.

The was a recently updated Holiday Inn Exp.
The service was poor, elevator door opens and closes twice then is as slow as I've seen anywhere. I had breakfast one day, they employee working breakfast let all the normal items run out then replaced them 30 min later with cold eggs, rolls and sausage.
The rooms were OK, my bathroom was one that I wish I could forget!
Internet was slower than dail-up.
There is nothing that would encourage me to stay at this hotel again!
