Though our we didn't plant on staying in a hotel we are thankful that this hotel had a room. The hotel staff was friendly and the room was clean.

I was in town on business for a week, and this was my second week-long stay at this hotel. Clean rooms, decent soundproofing, friendly staff, reliable Internet: all big plusses. I didn't stop for breakfast, but it looked decent, and the dining area is very nice and clean.
Need some power outlets on the nightstands for mobile devices -- had to improvise a bit (cheap multi-port extension cord did the trick).
Overall, I had an excellent experience. Whenever I'm in Dallas for whatever reason, this is where I'll be staying.

great location for value.. only item that was not OK was coffee at coffee bar as cold but did tell or ask front desk for more..

Great way to fly to Mexico (or other places). We live in Oklahoma and best flights are out of DFW. Stay the night at HI and leave car parked there for vacation. They take us to the airport and pick us up, all for about the same cost as parking on airport site. No traffic problems, car problems, or worries about missing flight. Love it!

In town for business. Obviously “Spire Elite” Rewards Club member means NOTHING to the management of this hotel. Extremely disappointed by the front desk personnel, they need more customer service training. Wasted 40,000 points. I will share this experience on my social media accounts.
