Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Front desk staff Room was fine, cleaning staff did not replace tp, coffe, or coffe cups. When we walked in, front desk staff was difficult, semi-disagreeable, and hostile. Never did greet us then, nor during the times we passed by. Then, same night, with a different front desk staff member, we wanted to buy item from service area.Female front desk staff was on the phone. She opted to put caller on hold, to assist us. Before she assisted us, she spent a minute or 2 making annoyed faces and comment concerning the hotel customer on hold, then turned to us with the same attitude, which got slightly more irritated. As for my booking, I had booked online, then same day, I modified reservation online, to book room with 2 queen beds, modified from a king. Front desk staff insisted we'd have to move rooms after 1st night, since 'someone' already had the room with 2 queen beds. For some reason, my modified reservation for 2 queen beds did not get to this hotel. My rate went from 116 to 136, because I rebooked the room Oct 24. There are plenty of other hotel chains, for sure. October 28, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable stay, Internet issues I frequently stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Jackson for business, and commend the staff for consistent quality service and friendliness. The rooms are generally clean, however it seems better attention is needed for cleaning the tub and bathrooms, and vacuuming seems inconsistent. My only real issue or complaint is internet access - there seems to be a weak connection and I have often needed to call their IT support hotline to get connected. When the cable tv was down it took 3 - 4 days for the problem to be resolved. I highly recommend this facility. October 23, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by always can expect a great nights sleep There was a problem when we entered our room. It was not ready for us. It was not cleaned and ready for check in. My husband went back downstairs to the clerk who put us in a suite. It was really nice since there were four of us traveling together. Holiday Inn has the most comfortable beds! We had a great nights sleep and were on our way after a good breakfast. Thank You Holiday Inn! October 22, 2014
