Exceptional experience and comfortable stay. Was only able to stop for one and take a quick visit to the battlefield. Would have liked to stay longer and hope to stop again.

Staff very friendly and helpful. There was a party going on but front desk clerk assured us she would keep them quiet...and she did. Always appreciate having microwave and frig in room.

passing through to get out of a storm they had a room at a great price front desk staff was helpful nice smile . Good places to eat nearby. will stay again.

I had a problem with my reservation. Week 1 that I checked in, I asked the front desk clerk to reserve me a room for the following week since we were coming back to the area. That next Monday as we were traveling up there, I decided to check on that room and I was told my reservation was canceled. I had not canceled the room, the front desk person put the reservation on the wrong person and they canceled it. I was very upset because all the rooms were booked. But they ended up finding me room. My company normally stay at a holiday inn because we are priority club members but we would have taken our business else where if they didn't resolved the issue. Overall, the 2 front desk people were nice and they tried there best to help. I am just glad I called to check on my room, if not, I would have had to find another hotel.

I traveled to Jackson on business. Angela at the front desk was very helpful in making sure that I got a room rate that would be acceptable to my employer and made it clear that they appreciated both my business and my status as a platinum priority club member. I very much appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and trail mix. Very nice room - facility was oustanding. Bed was great. I will return, especially if all front desk staff are as friendly and attentive as Angela.

We were really impressed. The accommodations were excellent and our whole experience was very enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect, not to mention the staff was so professional. Thank You

Conveniently located by the ball park. Nice and clean curb appeal. Rooms were beautiful! Ease of check in and check out. Staff was nice and friendly :)
