Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Experience The hotel was very clean and updated. I believe it was just recently built. The staff at the front desk was polite and worked quickly to get my room. The woman working the breakfast was also polite and asked how everyone was doing and if they needed anything. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area. September 12, 2014

The comfort of the room (space, sleeping accommodations, amenities such as a refrigerator and microwave, etc.) was exceptional and the customer service was wonderful. Overall, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and my room as well. The location is another bonus, as it is nearby Interstate 40, restaurants, and a grocery store. Kudos to the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Jackson for a job well done! September 9, 2014

Had a great nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. Enjoyed a tasteful breakfast the next morning in a very clean eating area. Would definetly stay here again. September 9, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love the hotel not the fire alarm Really enjoyed the hotel room. Staff was very attentive. Room was thoroughly clean. I have come to the conclusion that breakfast at a hotel buffet will always be sub-par even in comparison to McDonalds. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Jackson. Very easy access. The only distraction was the fire alarm, not a problem was a false alarm just annoying. Very convenient to an excellent Asian restaurant. September 8, 2014
