I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The hotel was immaculate, the staff was very professional. Thank you Ms. Blair and my compliments to your staff. Oh, and the rooms are great, beds comfortable, and the bathroom gave me an idea for a bath remodel for my house.

We were extremely pleased with our Stay in the Jackson HEI.
The room was perfect, the walk-in shower was very very nice and unique. We really enjoyed the breakfast, the cleanliness, of the dining room and the well stocked variety of breakfast items.
This was truly a GREAT to stay.

I stayed in several Holiday Inn Expresses and Holiday Inn's in the past two months and this by far was the best we have stayed at.

Very nice facility. Must be practically brand new. If I get in that area again I would definitely consider this motel for my stay. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a clean, comfortable and friendly motel.

We went to this place 2 times w/in an 8 day period. The first time we were there when the hotel was obviously booked out because we were placed on the 4th floor, the suite was NICE, but for the life of me I will never understand why they only put 1 thing of soap/shampoo etc, in a place that sleeps up to 6 people. I guess we were lucky that we got 4 towels/wash clothes. In the breakfast room they had nowhere for people to sit because there were so many people they couldn’t accommodate everyone, even though we pay a higher price just for this hotel chain because of that one thing… breakfast included. I don’t think we should have to go out for breakfast because of their lack of planning. The 2nd time I was there, they put us in a suite on the 3rd floor, the room was MUSTY smelling and the carpet was coming apart at the entrance of the suite, we went down for breakfast 20 minutes before it was supposed to be over & they had already cleaned almost everything out, they only had cold items left...again I say - we pay Higher Prices just because We Want Breakfast & should not have to go out & spend more money to get it!!!

This was probably the best HI Express I have been in. I loved the sliding shower doors and low step over shower. Wish all hotels had that. I always look first for Express properties when I travel. This is definitely one I will use when I return to the area.

I love this place! This is my favorite Holiday Inn Express, we always get the best service here. Our room is always upgraded, the people are very friendly. I just wish it was the HIE at the far end of our trip instead of the one "on the way" to our final destination.

I stay at the Holiday Inn Express Jackson, TN because this hotel is what I use to measure all other hotels against. You cannot find a more helpful staff, better breakfast and/or clean, safe and comfortable rooms. I hate it when I have to travel to other places and I have to stay somewhere else!

We stay at a lot of hotels and this hotel far exceeded our expectations. We were in Jackson because our daughter went into premature labor and our grandson was born 4 weeks early. We used our reward points to get 2 nights stay at no charge and then stayed an additional day. The staff not only greeted us by name but also remembered to ask about our daughter and the baby, not just once, but every time we saw them! They made an extra effort to make sure we got breakfast before leaving for the hospital and even offered to keep breakfast over for us if we needed to. The service and consideration we received from EVERYONE, from the manager all the way down went above and beyond normal hotel service. We will never forget the kindness shown to us. We always stay at hotels in the Holiday Inn family and this hotel especially exemplifies customer service. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to all of our friends, family, and business associates. Thank you Holiday Inn Express - Jackson Northeast for making an extremely scary and stressful situation a whole lot better!!

My stay at HIE is always pleasent. The staff is more than helpfull and my rooms are always clean (don't ever take that for granted). I choose HIE becasue they are a cut above the rest in my opinion.

The staff at this hotel is FANTASTIC. On my most recent stay I had some health problems. Carmin, the General Manager, was so helpful and made certain that I was as comfortable as possible. I have stayed at this hotel many times and will continue to make this my place to stay while I am in the area.

I travel for work and i notice this hotel by passing by on highway few times , its very nice clean brand new.
how ever after I got in and try to log in to internet had very hard time working the whole evening , when i try to call front desk there was no answer for me.
Same think in morning in breakfast are internet barely working and keep disconecting.
Before I come next time this have to be fixed I give them one more try.
One more thing did not have any cream for cofee

We have stayed at the Jackson Holiday Inn Express several times. It is a convenient location. Jackson has many restaurants to choose from. This is a clean, comfortable facility. It has a laundromat . We will stay again on our next trip.

1-14-2013 Trash pick up was at 6:00 am .That's early for a wake up call........NEVER AGAIN! told front desk she gave me a bottle of water gee thanks......Next time I will go to Exit 83.......Most of the restaurants in this area DO not sever beer or wine :-( So if you have had a long day driving and want adult beverage, go on down to Exit 83........
Up on arrival as a priority member we always received bottled waters and snacks......stayed at three Hoildays Inn this trip NO SNACK BAGS ;-( No upgrades :-(
Going back with my H Honors more perks ;-)

I would like to stay 'Ahhhhh, what a wonderful & relaxing stay!"
First I must give thanks to a wonderful front desk staff! She was so kind, friendly and most of all extremely helpful attending the guests comfortness in her facility. Made it a homelike stay!
The room in which I stayed was so comfortable, warm (on a cold day) and neatly arranged and most of all clean! The shower was large which adds to the comfortness of my stay.
Kudos to Carmin at the front desk...she carries a big and warm smile when you enter the facility.

This was one of the best hotels of any we have stayed at in a long time. I usually don't sleep well in hotels what with bad mattresses, noise outside the hallway, musty odors, etc. They have one of the nicest mattresses I have ever slpet on. In fact, I am in the market for a new one at home and have been on the internet trying to find out the make and model of the one there at the Jackson Northeast. Absolutely no noise from the hallways at night and I didn't have to paper clip a blanket to the window. The curtains blocked out all the light at night. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. There were a couple restaurants near by, including a Taco Bell almost in the parking lot and a Lenny's in a littlle strip mall close by. There was also a grocery store. Since it is a fairly new hotel, there were no odors whatsoever. Book it - you won't regret it.

This is a nice, clean HIE and has been my choice for multiple business trips to Jackson. However, the Wifi service is poor. As a business traveler, this is very important to me. I gave them the benefit of doubt after the first few visits, but with every stay I've experienced wifi connectivity issues. The staff is great as is the facility. With the exception of the wifi issue, this facility is 5 stars!

We always book a King room. However, this hotel has no bath tubs in the rooms Who made that decision? Showers are OK but give us the option.

I have stayed here twice and very happy overall. Very clean and some of the most comfortable beds you will ever sleep on. I wouldn't mind owning one of them. I love the cinnamon rolls! I am a priority club gold member and they gave me a "goodie" when I checked in, which was a snack pack of M&Ms. They tasted old. Thats the only negative thing I can say. Great Hotel, I will stay there again.

The whole stay was wonderful. We awoke late on our final day and upon checking out, we stopped in the business/breakfast area for a cup of coffee. One of the workers saw us and offered us breakfast that had already been put away (it was 10:45). She took the time to prepare each of us a plate of food and went back to work. It was exceptional!

A relatively new facility with very nice public areas, and attractive rooms-although rooms offer only showers (no tubs). Request a corner room, upper floor, on the front of the hotel-provides windows on two sides, minimal interstate noise. The rooms have some fun, vintage prints of various older, Holiday Inn photographs. Staff has little knowledge, probably as it's a newer property, and they need further training, but they seem to try and inflate the cost, even for guests that are frequent visitors. Jackson has a number of other motels, that are very competitive, the Holiday Inn staff appears hesitant to offer corporate rates, and I was even once told, "well Jackson is just an expensive place to stay." The facility is a great example of the newest and latest in ICH properties, but seems to suffer due to the operators desire to maximize profit per stay, rather than through developing repeat business.

I stay here at least once a month. The staff is extremely friendly - from the front desk to the breakfast staff to the housekeeping staff, everyone is very nice. The accomodations are always very clean. The location is also great - easily accessible to and from the interstate, and in a very safe area.

This Holiday Inn Express is one of the very best of all motels/ hotels at which we have stayed overnight. It is very clean and the staff is most helpful, friendly and genuinely seemed to want our stay to be as pleasant as possible.
