Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location and Staff Room was clean, common areas were also very clean and well kept. Only complaint would be that some of the guest would smoke in the stairwells and leave their cigarette butts on the stairs. Most guest don't use the stairwells very often but it would be a good idea to either install cameras to catch the smokers who can't seem to take it out side or walk the stairs every couple of days to clean up after them. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A clean, quiet, well-equipped hotel with a great staff The front desk clerk remembered me from my last stay at this hotel last November. I didn't have a reservation as I wasn't sure if I would be able to make this trip due to health issues. So he didn't have my name or record from my previous stay - he really did remember me. He was extremely attentive and genuinely interested in making my stay as pleasant as possible. My room and the common rooms were clean, quiet and well-equipped. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety and a clean, roomy, comfortable dining area. Overall a great place to stay and I highly recommend it. February 12, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and comfortable, not best service Everything was okay during our one-night stay here, save for the fact one lamp between bed and chair didn' t have light bulb in it. This was the only reading light for that side of the room. Called desk to get one brought up and it never came. Some of the breakfast items were good, too, but nothing exceptional. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not as bad as what it could have been! Being as far away from the airport as it was one expected the hotel to be older and not as nice. What a surprise to see it was new! There were also other hotel chains that were just as new and well within walking distance that offered great value. There were several choices for restaurants and some shopping. All very unexpected. Would definitely go back to this area for work or otherwise! February 2, 2015

I was traveling and was unable to know how far I could go each day. they helped me find a room that met our needs. the lady that served breakfast was very good. my wife spilled some hot water on her hand. the lady saw what had happened and brought her some medication to revile the pain.
