Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Front desk guy Let me start off by saying I have almost 1,000,000 IHG points and I love their brands. When I checked in I had to wait about 5 mins for the front desk guy to finish his smoke out by the pool. I was staying for 9 days and I didn't want to burden housekeeping with my room everyday so I got it cleaned every 2-3 days. When I called the front desk for some towels, nobody answered. I walked down and the guy was out smoking by the pool again. A couple of days later, I needed the new wifi code so I called down to get it. To my surprise, no answer again. I went down, the guy was nowhere to be found so I stuck my head out the pool door and there he was, on his cell phone smoking away. Everyone else was otherwise good. When I called to confirm my reservation, I was upgraded, which is usually the norm. All in all, based on the front desk guy and lack of stuff around the hotel, without driving, I wouldn't stay here again. December 20, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast The main reason for staying at this hotel was due to its location. Overall our stay was good. The breakfast was great! There was plenty enough food with a good variety. The common areas could have been a little cleaner and the staff during the morning and afternoon could have been a little friendlier. When I asked for coffee in the late afternoon it seemed like I was putting the attendant out. Nonetheless, I would stay at this location again. November 22, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Customer service was great The room was a moderate size for two people, and adequate space to work and sleep. The bed was very comfortable and firm for people with back and leg problems. The two only concerns I had while staying at the hotel was the carpet in the room had not been cleaned and the bathroom tub was not santized and cleaned. It appeared that they sprayed the cleanser and rinse water. There were areas in the tub with dirty spots. November 21, 2014
