Let me start off by saying I have almost 1,000,000 IHG points and I love their brands. When I checked in I had to wait about 5 mins for the front desk guy to finish his smoke out by the pool. I was staying for 9 days and I didn't want to burden housekeeping with my room everyday so I got it cleaned every 2-3 days. When I called the front desk for some towels, nobody answered. I walked down and the guy was out smoking by the pool again. A couple of days later, I needed the new wifi code so I called down to get it. To my surprise, no answer again. I went down, the guy was nowhere to be found so I stuck my head out the pool door and there he was, on his cell phone smoking away. Everyone else was otherwise good. When I called to confirm my reservation, I was upgraded, which is usually the norm. All in all, based on the front desk guy and lack of stuff around the hotel, without driving, I wouldn't stay here again.

this hotel has the best staff ever, they are very helpful, and pleasant. the rooms are very clean, the beds are soooo comfortable
