Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Would definitely stay here again The check-in was quick and easy and the staff very friendly. The furniture looked updated both in the public areas and in the room. I had a king-sized bed and the room was very spacious. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, but that's the kind I like so it was great! If I had any issue at all, which it wasn't much of one, is that the air-conditioner just couldn't keep the humidity out of the room no matter how cold I put the AC. It wasn't unbearable, just enough to notice it. But that was it. Otherwise, I think the hotel is fantastic! July 14, 2014

It is close to the Highway and also not too far from other destinations in Jacksonville. I have no reason to look at other hotels while staying in the Jacksonville area. July 8, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Everything broken Over all very nice staff. I was able to check in 2 hrs ahead, which was wonderful as I drove through the night to get to jacksonville. My problems with the hotel were the broken refridgerator in room. Also, I specifically asked if there was a pool while making this reservation a couple days prior to arrival. The clerk was aware there was a problem with the pool and spa heater, but did not mention it. Had I known they were broken I would have reserved a room some where else. June 27, 2014
