I was not recognized as being a club member upon check in, the rate was a little high for the location. The room looked like it was decorated with furniture from Big Lots. It felt very generic. The whole floor plan of the building is very industrial and confining. Elevator is down the main hallway and in to a small room where the snacks are. When I went to breakfast I walked in on a guy that had just drunk spoiled milk from the refrigerator. The attendant did not have any concern and offered the guy a milk with 11/18 on it. She had no concern that she gave out rotten food. She acted as if I was in her way when she was putting more food out.
Overall, there should be some more training on customer service. I'm sure you can do better.

very quickly recoginized IHG membership and was very helpful and professional. Seemed to enjoy her job, very refreshing compared to some hotels I have stayed in.,

From the time I contacted the Holiday Inn Express in Jacksonville, IL, for help with our wedding event, I was very impressed with their customer service. We worked with Larissa for the planning of a block of rooms for our wedding event, and she was very gracious and accommodating from beginning to end! We booked a large number of rooms for our family and friends, and everyone said their rooms were "perfect!" The morning after our event, we all met down in the breakfast area, and the staff kept up with our large crowd ... there was never a time when anyone was waiting for anything! We were extremely happy with our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others in a heartbeat!

We were especially pleased with the comfortable bed and pillows at this establishment. I often have trouble sleeping in hotel beds, but not a problem here.

We had a wonderful room, great hot tub (adults only 10-midnight) and a very reasonable check out time. I am gluten intolerant and seldom get breakfast at a motel, but I had a hard cooked egg and yogurt that I could eat!

Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very courteous and friendly. A very nice stay!

The rooms were very pretty and spacious. We stayed 2 days and the hotel was very busy. We got up and left our room in the morning and came back in the afternoon expecting our room to have been cleaned and fresh towels and there was not. This is kinda a good thing because when I was sitting on my bed and looked down at the comforter I had noticed blood stain on the comforter and it was not mine.
