Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A little less than what we have come to expect..... My wife and I visited this HIE in early November for a family event. We try when we can to stay at HIE because of the quality that is usually standard at HIE locations. One thing I want to make clear is that the PEOPLE were GREAT is as usually the case. Our concerns are with a couple of items. We were in a King Size standard room. One of the reason we love HIE is because the quality of the beds are usually superior to other hotels in their price range. We both felt this was not the case in this location. The bed was unusually soft which is very unusual. Another note I was surprised when going to the breakfast area on Sat and Sun mornings that no bacon or sausage was in the buffet. The primary hot items being presented were biscuits, gravy and scrambled eggs. I just thought this was also unusual. These things are relatively minor but as I said I felt a bit unexpected for our stays at HIE. I will reiterate again also, ALL of the staff was EXCELLENT as usual. Thank you November 16, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay. We've stayed here several times and are always pleased with the cleanliness and hospitality of staff. Biggest rooms in town and have always been clean for us. Large choice of breakfast foods. Indoor pool and hot tub are nice. It gets a little loud in poolroom if lots of kids in there but still nice to have for the kids to play. October 6, 2012
