Our air broke down at 10:00 pm. We drove over to the hotel and the helpful staff got us a room for a better deal then originally thought, arranged a room close to the exit since I am handicapped. The next morning I had to try to get myself put to the car with no assistance and my luggage I tried to do it myself. A staff member saw me troubled and came to help me all the way out to my car/ I was almost in teas trying to get out myself and she noticed me and helped. I passed a few men and others who did not offer to even get the elevator door . I m arwrds member at several five star hotels and at IHG but the quality of the staff at this hotel rate with other brand hotels I use with a five star rating for customer service. Cleanliness, quiet, and staff.Thanks again!!!

This property has wonderful staff! We have stayed here multiple times in the past few years. We LOVE it! The area is remote yet convenient. Jazz at front desk was so kind! The breakfast area was well maintained all four days.

Location of this Holiday Inn is great as far as restaurants and shopping goes. O'Charleys, TGI Friday, Ruby Tuesday, Home Depot, Target, Burlington Coat Factory, Best Buy are within two minutes drive but surrounding area is little sketchy so just be careful when driving around at night time. Make sure you use your GPS and don't get lost and end up in the neighbourhood you should not be by yourself. I do not suggest wondering outside the hotel during night time either on foot.
Inside the hotel is great for a comfortable sleep with great morning breakfast with tons of hot food choices. I will stay here again but I do not trust the front desk staff as after staying here my credit card got compromised.

Normal consistant Holiday Inn Express experience that I have come to expect and enjoy. The room was clean, I slept well and the breakfast was good.
I was not recognized as a Spire member. I had to tell them I wanted the points. Unfortunately, the points never showed up on my account and had to email the property to have them credited to my account. I was not offered an upgrade as a Spire member, but the property did seem pretty full for the night.
Some additional employee training on IHG's newest Spire level, may be in order and would go a long way.

The hotel and the staff were excellent. The hotel was updated and very clean. The breakfast was great and they even offered baked cookies in the evenings. My only issue is that the wi-fi did not work at all.

The staff was very polite. I was pleased with the cleanliness. This is what I come to expect at IHG properties. I would stay here again.
