Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by vacation travel The overall hotel is good. Friendly staff. But the tv didn't work and the shower head sprayed all over getting the entire bathroom wet. When I called the front desk I was told that this sometimes happens and all the maintenance people had gone home so nothing could be done. So a boring evening it was. April 8, 2015

Coffee was always ready!! Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. No noise at night .The breakfast was very good with a good selection. We will stay there again. April 3, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by cruise and suite? Hotel is right down the street from cruise terminal , very convenient, very clean. Room was nice but online reservations were confirmed but wrong room was waiting for us when we got there. Very rude lady on phone called me the morning of arrival to confirm the wrong room???? I think the hotel messed up and didn't want to admit, not sure why I would have got a call if all was thought to be good. Confirmation clearly said queen suite, but we ended up with regular queen room. Once we arrived everyone was very nice and accommodating. Never got correct room, and although they apologized, it wasn't genuine and there was no ownership. Other than reservation mess up, everything else was great, including transfer to cruise terminal, will definitely do it again, but confirm and reconfirm reservation. April 2, 2015
