I stayed at the Holiday Inn for three weeks while going to the Mayo clinic. I have stayed at several in the past; however, the service that I received at this location far surpassed the rest. The manager, Sharon displayed exceptional customer service. She went out of her way to help me out with extraneous details about my room. She ensured each of my needs were expeditiously met. And each day she greeted me with a smile and always asked if there was anything she could do to make my stay more pleasant. She truly made me feel like family. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will return here, should I be back in this area. The hotel was extremely clean and the breakfast was great. I was overly pleased with my stay and will return.

Being a patient at the local Hospital, I need to stay close for annual evaluations. I am immune deficient and am very cautious about exposure to bacteria. I always disinfect all the surfaces when first moving in to a facility. And I was delighted to find a clean towel, after I wiped down the entire room. Unlike the competitors that I ended up with black soot on the towel, and hair in the tub. The Holiday Inn was the cleanest place I have ever stayed for 1/4 of the cost. The housekeeping employees did a fantastic job, and need to be commended. This is the only place I will stay from now on.
