Small but perfectly adequate rooms, very comfortable beds and pillows, great breakfast - hourly shuttle back to airport. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Manny is the man The front desk staff called Manny is probably one of the most courteous, respectful and customer oriented staff I have ever seen. He is truly a genuine guy who looks after his customers. Very thoughtful and considerate of customer needs. He seems to be experiences and has practical solutions when you need to ask or inquire something. I was in the hotel only for few hours but this guy impressed me all the way. I am expecting the management to kindly recognise and make sure this message goes out to him May 4, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Always good We stay here every year on our way from Heathrow to Ft Myers. It's very handy for JFK and the staff are lovely. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice-the pancake maker was not working which was a shame. Also we found other peoples'' hair on one of the beds bottom sheet. Not nice but sure it's a once off. Also the shower curtain smelled dirty-a regular occurrence at many hotels even 5 star ones. So easy to sort! But well done to the management and we shall stay again. May 2, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Getting too pricy for me. I have stayed at this hotel 75 + times in the last 10 yrs .in that time I have seen a couple of managers com and go. Due to the fact I have stayed there for as little as $off season to $high season. I am getting less and less enamoured with the simple request of getting the room for for less, considering the amount if times I have stayed there solo, But the manager was reluctant standing by the hotel policy of giving the rooms away when empty and gradually increasing the price as it fills up.. So I am going to seek out another hotel that might be interested in loyalty vs creative pricing . Everyone there has been "Friendly" over the years, but I don't stay there to make friends. I want a little consideration. Maybe I'm old fashion in my thinking but I believe in Reciprocity. I have seen everything from non electrical working plugs to non functional coffee pots an irons. But I have always seemed to go back .I 'm sure that someone there in Jamaica, NY would like a loyal customer. If not, I'll make a different city" my hub " on the eastern seaboard April 30, 2015
