This winter, the snowy weather and tricky driving has provided some challenges, so I am ready for R & R upon arrival. The staff is friendly and welcoming, willing to do any favor, ask any question, and provide a delicious treat. I can count on a clean, comfortable room, with plenty of QUIET for a restful sleep ahead of my next busy day. March 13, 2013

When the bed is made and you can see the place where people sleep, it's high time to invest in new inventory. a positive though--the breakfasts were good and the staff were pleasant. March 6, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A very special experience My job requires me to travel every week and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Jamestown, ND. Jamestown is roughly 10hrs driving time from my home in Iowa. During my trip which lasted several days, I came down with the flu and by the time I arrived, I had all of the nasty flu symptoms. I was very sick and needed care but was too far away from home for my wife to help me. I called my wife to let her know of my situation - just in case. I then decided to walk up to the lobby and ask if they might have a thermometer as I felt I was running a fever. I also wanted to tell them of my situation. By the time I walked up to the lobby, they were waiting for me as my wife had called them without my knowledge. Lisa and Kathy were working that night. They took it upon themselves to go to a local store and purchase a thermometer, Gatorade, and chicken noodle soup. They delivered this to my room (soup hot) and also took my temperature. I can't tell you how much I appreciate their efforts. Being so far away from home, it was very comforting to know that they cared. Holiday Inn Express should be very proud of the service they provided at no cost to me personally. Thank you so much Lisa and Kathy! I will always remember you and the special way you cared for me that night. January 29, 2013
