Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Express in Jamestown, ND great place to stay! We had a great stay at the Jamestown, ND Holiday Inn Express. Check in was quick and easy, we found our room clean, well decorated, comfortable for lounging, good TV viewing with high speed internet and a very comfortable bed for our sleep. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. The front desk personel were very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again when we are travelling in the area. July 14, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Lousy service Office staff did not know how to print a report, tell me what the rate was with tax, or make anything work. He acted like he was brand new. No sincere apology was given. He wanted to be left alone. I am a platinum member at IHG and have had good experiences for the most part everywhere I go. I travel all of the United States. The service here and the lack of caring was evident every step of the way. I would not recommend this hotel. July 10, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jamestown Overall a very good and clean hotel. Please do something with the extra outlets above the desk with the blue night light on it. I had to cover it with a hand towel. Once I did that the room was dark. Appreciate the extra outlets at the desk but that blue light is way to much. July 6, 2014

The only minor concern I have is after we left, my daughter left a stuffed animal in the room so I called the hotel staff and was put on hold, then got hung up on. I called again and she said that she would check with the cleaning crew and let me know if the animal was there. 4 days later, still no call back from them. But everything else was great! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best it could be Was there attending a funeral. Staff were very friendly. Maid waited until we left at noon, and then cleaned our room. Kitchen staff let me wash out a thermos cup that had orange juice in it with soap & water from their sink. Beds comfortable. Great shower head pressure and a full size hair dryer. Comfortable lounge/front desk area with a TV. Easily accessible, right off the freeway. June 30, 2014
