A room with 1 chair is not acceptable for 2 senior citizens when in the room for reading or viewing television. Having to sit on a bed for most of the evening is uncomfortable. What is even worse is going to the front desk and asking for a chair only to be told "No, there is no room for it." Having stayed in Holiday Inn Express for years and having had 2 chairs in the rooms of the same size as the one used this trip, I know there IS room. We could have been told to borrow a chair from the Great Room and return it at the end of evening but there was no effort on the part of the front desk to assist us. This was the poorest experience we have ever had with staff.

Jamestown ND location could not have been nicer. Both big cities on either side were sold out and Jamestown was awesome to accept me as a very late check In. Thank you for a great night sleep.

Super Clean. Beds were nice. Food was pure salt, but most free breakfasts are. Clean Bathroom. AC worked well. Very nice hotel. Three Stars.

Emplyees at the front desk made the check in very pleasant. The sleeping room was very comfortable because it was quite, easy to regulate the temperature and bathroom was the right size and clean. The buffett in the morning was very good and the food that was suppose to be hot was hot and food that was suppose to be cold was cold. Overall our stay was a ten.

had reserved a king room. when we checked in the room had obviously been smoked in by previous occupants. Desk clerk very
responsive to get us to another room, but it seemed strange that efforts were not made to get the smoke out of the room when it was readied for new occupant.
