Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very Poor General Manager/Housekeeping Stayed 3 nights at this Property. 4-5 people in Room, 2 Adults. 2 children, 2 nights 3 Adults. Only received 4 Bath Towels, 2 Hand Towels, 4 Wash Cloths, for all these people. Told General Manager need more Wash Cloths, Towels, refused to give to Us. Rude, said had no more Wash Cloths, Towels. Found 1 Beer Can under the Bed & 3 behind the TV by the Children, we don't drink, so, left by previous guests & Housekeeping failed to clean up. Also, Housekeeping came, never vacuumed, didn't clean Bathroom or Table Tops. Toilet plugged & plumber came & unplugged toilet, then speed in Toilet leaving urine & feces on floor & toilet seat & left without washing hands touching our door knob with his dirty hands. Way too much chlorine in Pool, children got terrible chlorine rashes, that they are still suffering from days later. Breakfast should be later to take advantage of!!! General Manager VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Asked for comp 1 night for all these problems, all he would do is give $25.00 off & said he gave 5000 reward points, but, not sure if he gave. August 15, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Renewed Faith After staying in 2 different hotels on my trip that had poor quality towels, rooms, pools, bad hot tubs, closed pools we were thrilled to find that this Holiday Inn was amazing. The hot tub was clean and HOT. The pool was in great condition too. And the towels were abundant and fluffy! Breakfast was sufficient and their supply of coffee and creamer was nice to find as well and available at all hours! It was a perfect way to end our motorcycle trip for the same price as the other bad hotels! August 13, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Horrific smell in room. Every time the air conditioner kicked on there was a horrible smell of rotting dead carcasses. I don't know how the staff wasn't able to tell when they cleaned the room. I had to either make sure the air conditioning was on all the time or deal with the smell. Not a fun experience. HIE Jamestown has all that plus a wonderful staff. At the end of the day you get treated to one of the most comfortable beds you'll ever sleep in. August 7, 2014

We were a small group, and everyone felt well treated in this very clean, comfortable hotel. My wife and I had stayed here before and that experience led me to stay here this time. Check in was quick and easy, we found our room clean, well decorated, comfortable for lounging, good TV viewing with high speed internet and a very comfortable bed for our sleep. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. The front desk personel were very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again when we are travelling in the area. July 14, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Lousy service Office staff did not know how to print a report, tell me what the rate was with tax, or make anything work. He acted like he was brand new. No sincere apology was given. He wanted to be left alone. I am a platinum member at IHG and have had good experiences for the most part everywhere I go. I travel all of the United States. The service here and the lack of caring was evident every step of the way. I would not recommend this hotel. July 10, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jamestown Overall a very good and clean hotel. Please do something with the extra outlets above the desk with the blue night light on it. I had to cover it with a hand towel. Once I did that the room was dark. Appreciate the extra outlets at the desk but that blue light is way to much. July 6, 2014

The only minor concern I have is after we left, my daughter left a stuffed animal in the room so I called the hotel staff and was put on hold, then got hung up on. I called again and she said that she would check with the cleaning crew and let me know if the animal was there. 4 days later, still no call back from them. But everything else was great! Kitchen staff let me wash out a thermos cup that had orange juice in it with soap & water from their sink. Beds comfortable. Great shower head pressure and a full size hair dryer. Comfortable lounge/front desk area with a TV. Easily accessible, right off the freeway. June 30, 2014

She takes her job very seriously and was friendly and really seemed happy that I was there, (along with the 3 others in our party.) The room was also nice, the air conditioner worked well, the room had plenty of bath items and it was just overall a great place! I couldn't ask for anything more. The location is easy to find, just off the interstate and near many restaurants. June 29, 2014

The room was so comfortable and breakfast had everything I could want and need. Coffee in the evening when I came back in with a cookie what a great treat. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean room Our room was nice and had additional plug ins for charging cell phone, ipods, etc. They had both firm and soft pillows for use and fan worked well and wasn't noisy. I left a blanket and pillow in the room when I checked out, and when I realized this a few hours later, I called the hotel. They had my blanket and pillow and had it waiting for me at the front desk. The team members at the front desk and dining room were very courteous, friendly, professional, welcoming. Being from Minnesota, we missed Twins baseball for an entire week while visiting Yellowstone. We stayed in Jamestown on our way home and were thrilled that we were able to watch the Twins on Fox Sports North! We really appreciate the complimentary breakfast before hitting the road for another 5-6 hrs. May 21, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Holiday Inn Express in the state! We made a quick overnight stay at Jamestown en route to a meeting. It was wonderful! We've had problems in other places with not being able to find things in the room, etc., but everything we needed was in plain sight here. The breakfast room was well attended, with food being replaced with fresh on a regular basis, and the coffee being plentiful. I only regret I can only give them 5 stars. April 30, 2014
