Wonderful Breakfast Comfortable rooms Nice facility although did not ' use the Swimming pool, nor the excercise room as my time was limited it is a nice addition. I didn't use the internet service this time but good that you had free wi-fii available. July 31, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Location I stay at a lot of hotels for business and have usually enjoyed by stays at HIE because they are all usually affordable and nice. This one in Janesville was by far the best though. Felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel! IT WAS THAT NICE! Great staff, good location, right next to good eats. Breakfasts are the same no matter which location you go to, not a fan of the pre made cheesy omelettes but other than that good food. July 29, 2015

The hotel and room is nicely decorated and clean. Loved the pool area! Breakfast was good and replenished quickly. Would definitely recommend this hotel. July 27, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Sleep interrupted At 10:30 pm on Tuesday, my sleep was interrupted by a knock at my door. This awakened me and I waited, and heard another knock. The man identified himself as maintenance. I went to the door and looked through the peephole. A large man was standing outside the door. I went back to bed not wanting to dress and having no problems with my room. The man then proceeded to loudly pound on my door, not once but twice. I began to worry that this was someone up to no good and did not answer. After the second pounding my phone rang and a lady identified herself as from the front desk. She said maintenance needed to come in my room but would not say why. I refused to open my door because of the hour, the fact I was undressed, and that I suspected this might be a ruse to gain access to my room. I told her it could wait until the next day. Just to verify, I then called the front desk and got the same lady so the call appears to have legit which makes it all the more strange. During the second call the lady said that the manager was at my door and sure enough there was a loud pounding on my door. I refused to open the door and complained that without any prior notice this seemed like a very strange way to treat your guests and run a hotel. I still have no idea what was going on but I checked a day early and went to another hotel. July 26, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tanker Man Great Motel, All newly remodeled and staff are very friendly and make you feel like they are happy to see you. They just need to have more training on the IHG program so they can help with questions and make sure the points get on your card including any special offers. Other than that, I would highly recomend this location. Rooms and bedding,towells, and bathroom were clean and fresh. July 22, 2015
