Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Un Happy Normally when ever we have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express we have a excellent room and the service is great. This was not what we got at this Holiday Inn and we were really disappointed in the room, it did not meet with the normal excellence that we see there. First off the window looking out of the room was so dirty could not see out of it, second was the left over candy on the floor behind the end table next to the couch. I over looked those items at chalked it up to a bad day. That night when we went to bed it was by far the worst night sleep I ever had. The bed needs to be replaced, between lumpy and having been slept in many times, the mattress is plain worn out. I would have never guessed this from a Holiday Inn Express. I said something to the clerk in the morning and got the usual " I will let someone know" which I doubt it went any further. April 6, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Adequate for A Visit This unit is an adequate place for the passer through. However the furniture is in bad need of replacement and upgrade. The bed was fine and the breakfast was suitable, but this unit is far below HIX's general standards. Recommend with reservations. March 17, 2015
