Have stayed here a few times and always have a great experience. Hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff is great. Mattress seemed a little old and hard to get comfortable, but will stay here again.

Our room was very adequate for our stay - appreciated the fact that a sofa was in the room.
We can't say enough about the breakfast that was offered - really liked the pancake machine, and we had more than enough choices from the rest of the menu - loved the hot cinnamon rolls.

We stay at the holiday inn when we are in town for business. We were kind of disappointed with this stay for a few reasons. We were told in November that they would be getting new mattresses by the end of November but they've not been replaced yet and the current mattresses are beyond worn out with dips in the middle of them. Also we always have a set rate we pay since we are in town for business so much and we were not notified that the rate was being increased until we arrived to check in. On a up note though the staff is always great!! They are very friendly and always willing to help when they can. The breakfast is always great with a large selection of choices.

Just an average place to stay while in town. Same issues as last time I was in Jasper. Nothing seem to be fixed.

The hotel called four days before our trip and "upgraded" us from a two bedroom room to the "presidential suite" because they didn't offer the room I had requested. During the "upgrade" call I explained that we would be using the pull out couch. Upon arrival I asked for two extra pillows. After a 10 minute the front desk person (who had her young daughter with her on shift) return with one pillow and informed me there were no more. I was understanding because I assume the pillows and sheets for the pull out bed would be in th room and wh husband and I would make due with the one extra pillow. When I got to the room there were no sheets or pillows for the pull out bed. I had to return to the front desk because no one was on staff to bring things to the room. I asked about sheets and about more pillows. After another 10 minute wait the front desk person happen to stumble upon two more pillows (even though she could only find one earlier in the evening). I return to my room made the bed and for the king. Es ready for my husband and I to sleep. The mind bed was awful! The head drifted down hill toward the head bed, a spring was broke and it the sheets smelled old. All of the fixtures were rusting there was water spots on the ceiling and the room smelled as if it hadn't been cleaned on forever. Needless to say even though I had reservations for both Friday and Saturday I cancelled the second night and went to another hotel. I was very underwhelmed by our experince and the people who worked at the hotel. We will not return.
