Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice clean and comfortable hotel The check-in staff Monique was a blessing to have on shift during my stay. Very knowledgeable, hospitalable and got the job done. No matter what I asked of her she was Johnnie on the spot. Thanks for making my stay away from home at Christmas one of the best. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay Great location , comfy and clean room, good breakfast. But the best thing was Monique at the front desk. She was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. Have never experienced anyone at any other HI Express like her. The company needs to clone her or get her to teach others customer service. She is a jewel and should be promoted or rewarded for her caring attitude and pleasant demeanor!!! Her smile alone brightens the entire lobby. It looks like she really enjoys her job and that is reflected in her service. She's a keeper!!! November 19, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Drunks trying to get in my room / Beer bottles at the pool A couple of drunks that thought they were at the Days Inn kept trying to break into my room. I thought they would go away after a while but I had to call the front desk and have them removed from the building. People were drinking inside the pool area. If a glass bottle got broken, kids/people could have been injured. If the beer drinkers needed to drink at pool side, they should have used plastic cups or bought cans of beer. August 8, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not bad/not good either This hotel is old, and wasn't the cleanest room either. I would recommend staying at another location as there isn't much in Jasper. The rate was high for the quality of stay. The only good thing was the area was quiet and the breakfast was well stocked and a typical HIE experience. The stay was tolerable for one night but not for multiple ninghts. July 26, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Very friendly service. We had to stop in Jasper due to heavy rain on the Highway. We were greeted by a very friendly woman at the desk. There was not a non-smoking, 2 bed room available. She offered us a room with a fold out sofa and a king size bed which was great. Breakfast was sufficient. The only minus was the gym. There was basic equipment available but it was rickety. A workout was possible as long as you did not work out too hard. July 11, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another Pleasant Stay at Holiday Inn Express Jasper As a regular visitor to Jasper, the Holiday Inn Express has become the favorite overnight stay for my wife and I. Only one other motor inn offers comparable accomadations in Jasper, and my wife and I appreciate the old-fashioned "welcome here" service of the staff of the Holiday Inn Express. It appears obvious to us that the staff is trained and measured on customer care and satisfaction. We count on the reliability of the clean rooms, and we appreciate very much the personal service at the front desk and at breakfast. We have suggested to a local baseball team from here in Georgia to stay, and the feedback from the parents and high school players was that they believed they recieved good service and good value.
