Have stayed at many IHG hotels. This was probably the least enjoyable IHG Hotel we have stayed it. We were told only room available was a handicap room which was not true because we had friendsWho were with us who got a suite and ended up changing rooms to another suite because the room they were given was not satisfactory. This hotel definitely needs an update. Had an uncomfortable night.

This is the second time I've stayed here in the last month. I was in the same room both times. The staff were great. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The only problem is the coffee maker in the room still did not work this time to. They do have coffee downstairs in the dining room, I'm thankful for that. I even informed the desk clerk but he said they didn't have a coffee maker to replace it. I plan on staying again in February! The room prices are a little expensive!

VERY GOOD LOCATION AND GOOD STAFF. WE WERE ABLE TO ENTERTAIN OUR GUESTS OUTSIDE OF THE ROOM IN THE LOBBY AND SITTING AREA.

The hotel is clean, ultra comfortable, convenient and the best part is the warm welcome by Monique`. She made us feel like family being welcomed home; a very warm and bubbly personality. She recognized our IHG membership as well as our military service, chatted with us a bit, very personable. Thanks for the extra care and giving more than is required.

The key cards are unreliable if you are on an extended stay. I stayed at the other big chain hotel in Jasper for 5 months previous to this and never had to re-key. Plan on re-keying every five days here as a matter of course.
The internet access here is better than at the other big chain in town. There, they will try and soak you for 5 bucks a night for internet that works. Pretty egregious when you are paying them $4000 a month already in rent. The internet access at the H'Inn is complimentary and fast enough to watch a Netflix movie.
The TV remote is bad. Changing channels is an ordeal. Be prepared to punch each button an average of 5 times.
The mattress is hard as a rock. I wake up in pain each and every time.
The toilets in adjacent rooms sound like cannons going off at 5 am as the long term guests get up to go to work.
Breakfast is the usual mediocre hotel food.
