Always found a very comfortable room and everything we needed at our fingertips! Staff is very friendly and accommodating . Breakfast Bar is great and staff is wonderful! Best hotel in a Jasper! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Staff My family and I had come into town for a funeral. It had turned cold on the second day of our stay and we had been outside most of the day for the services. When we returned to the hotel, the staff prepared a fresh pot of coffee for the adults and helped us mix up some hot chocolate for the kids. It may seem like a small thing, but it made our stay that much better. Thank you! November 15, 2014

We always stay at this Jasper Holiday Inn when we are in town because it has an excellent staff, the rooms are comfortable and it is a wonderful facility. The lady that works the breakfast is always attentive and helpful. She makes you feel special and lets you know she is glad you are there. The front desk is efficient and friendly and were especially wonderful on our last visit. We had just spent several days in Houston at MD Anderson with a family member and after bringing her home, we needed some rest before heading back to Fort Worth. They made sure that we had a quiet room and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. My husband is a disabled veteran and they gave us a veteran's discount that helped tremendously after the expenses of the stay in Houston. This hotel and their staff are the best!! November 10, 2014
