The room was nice. I have no real complaints. I would have appropriated if the staff was more helpful. The staff seemed as though they were only interested in getting in their works hours, but not interested in me as a customer.
I must confess that I have stayed at this hotel before a number of times last year and the staff then was more welcoming and helpful. I will give this hotel another try.

This is as good as it get at a holiday inn. The added bonus is what a great staff. i was very pleased with all phases of of my stay.

We really enjoyed having a professional staff during our stay. If the hotel fixes the problems we encountered then it should be a good place to stay. The staff was very professional and nice. Also, the lady attending breakfast was great.
We were going to check out due to the pool and hot tub problems but decided to stay since it was already late. The staff tried to fix what they could so it was somewhat enjoyable.
The elevator needs to be cleaned.

This hotel was very, very nice. I think it is new, if not then it is very, very well maintained. The grounds were beautiful and there was always someone at the front desk to greet you. The hotel is convenient to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and the freeway.

The Front Desk Staff were very cordial and professional during our stay, especially the sweet and helpful black lady who I think is a Supervisor. She helped with directions and with our check-out. She was there at the Front Desk our second night and again on Sunday morning when we checked out. On Saturday afternoon she brought a Baby Crib up to our Room 411, so that my Daughter and her baby boy (my Grandson) could take a nap before going to my Nephew's 5:00 PM Wedding that day. Then she came back up around 3:30PM to take the Baby Crib out of our room, so that we could all get ready for the Wedding. Thanks for the 1000 IHG Reward Points that I received for my 2 Night stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Jenks.

Great place to stay. Only complaint was the vending and Ice signs were wrong and we went all over looking, other than that the service was great and so was everything else.

My family travels to Tulsa multiple times a year. They would rather stay a little further away, at the Holiday Inn Express in Jenks, from where their main activities would be happening due to the amenities and value for the price.
