Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Only for those who don't eat breakfast Stayed there 3 nights on business trip. First morning no breakfast 10 minutes after advertised. Spoke to desk person & was told cook was running late. Because of time restraints we could not wait. Had to purchase meal elsewhere. Spoke to desk person that evening and was told that was not standard of hotel. Felt like they were having some fun at my expense because every time after that when I would walk by the clerk would have a comment about breakfast. The next morning about half of the food was ready on time. The night clerk took it upon herself to do this. Again no cook. Ate what was available. Third morning again no food. Had to go else where for meal again. Even though I spoke to desk clerk I was never offered any thing but an I'm sorry. Feel manager should have offered something to compensate us for our trouble or added expense of purchasing our meals. Even though the rooms were fine I won't be staying here again. September 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall Great Experience I highly recommend this hotel. The room I stayed in was clean. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The free breakfast was an added benefit. I don't know what they do to the eggs, but they are delicious AND they offer turkey sausage for those of us that don't eat pork products! They had a sign somewhere in the hotel touting their cinnamon rolls. They are certainly worth bragging about, and the coffee was the best I have experienced at any other Holiday Inn. The staff from the first impression to check-out including housekeeping was friendly and very attentive to my comfort and my having a satisfying experience. For those of us that have a midnight sweet tooth there is the little convenience "store." My job booked my stay so they didn't consider my priority rewards points, but the staff was happy to remedy that when I menitioned it on checkout. You should definitely stay here. My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to visit the aquarium which is within walking distance. September 8, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean room cold hot tub Great clean facilities, great variety at breakfast, friendly staff. Hot tub was not hot and the jets shot straight up soaking your head. I spoke to the maintenance man and he said was a "volcano" hot tub "supposed to be more relaxing", I would have preferred a regular hot tub that was actually hot. The indoor pool was also cold, we kept going back and forth to the sauna to warm up, and the info around the knobs to the sauna was rubbed off, we just guessed how to use it. With a couple tweeks, it would have been a perfect stay. September 5, 2014
