Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Absurd accusation Called a couple days prior to request an early checkin. Called at 1 the day of arrival inquiring of availability. Was told was not available until 3. When we arrived, the hotel was a ghost town. Not a single car in the parking lot. Only guest we encountered was the following morning in the elevator. At check-in I requested a 1200 checkout and put a DND on my door. However, housekeeping came knocking at 1030 with accusations and threats of police involvement. Only good thing about the service was that Stephanie gave us a coupon for the Aquarium when we checked in. May 10, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location for our stay The appearence of the hotel was nice. The rooms looked a little dated. Had a problem with the first rooms AC making a loud rattling noise. Moved to another room AC worked just fine. Breakfast some of the food wasn't very warm and the staff didn't seem very eager to help. April 30, 2015
