The staff gave us a two dollar off coupon for the state aquarium which was the reason for our stay. They also made excellent restaurant recommendations. We loved the pool, it was great for swimming laps. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the local state aquarium and fine restaurants. We especially enjoyed the Waterfront Grill as it had a water view at this time.
I thought it was a little pricey for a Holiday Inn Express but a pleasant place to stay nonetheless. We also enjoyed the River walk the local community is developing around the corner from the hotel. Jenks has a lot of potential and is growing into a nice tourist destination.

One of the best Hotels we've stayed at. We arrived late. Had a little issue with the sofa bed not having bedding on it and no sheets in the closet, but asked the front desk attendant for a sheet and was given one promptly. Over all an excellent stay.

I have stayed at this HI Express many, many times, the most recent being about 14 months ago. At that most recent visit, I was completely disgusted with the hotel and the staff. This time, since i really like the location of the hotel, and, after checking recent reviews, i decided to try it again, and, boy, was i pleasantly surprised! The hotel staff was pleasant and accommodating, the hotel inside and out was clean, my room was clean and even smelled clean. it was like a new hotel. I want to thank the management and IHG hotels for investing in this property. It really made a difference.

The hotel was good. I would not recommend booking online on the Holiday Inn website. Most places when you book direct on their website do not charge you up front or the full price if you cancel. We ended up getting sick and having to leave a day early and paid for a full night and day we weren't even there.

I only had two problems. 1. The A/C unit in my room made noise which made it hard to get a good nights sleep. 2. The breakfast selection was the worse Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at. There was no milk out, one piece of fruit (apple) and the pancake machine was broke. There wasn't enough coffee made. I have stay at this location before and never had this problem.

We chose this location because it was next to the Aquarium but that was a mistake. First they messed up my reservation to where I had to check out for 4 hours and check back in for my second day. Then the staff didn't know how to use software for checking in/out. Took 20 minutes and had a long line. Then there was a family next to us with two kids who obviously lacked discipline that banged on the wall until well after 11:00pm and ran in and out slamming the door each time. The staff told them that they were making too much noise but nothing changed. There were alarm clocks in the rooms and it went off in the middle of the night without us messing with it.
