Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jenks and the Wedding This hotel was very, very nice. I think it is new, if not then it is very, very well maintained. The grounds were beautiful and there was always someone at the front desk to greet you. The hotel is convenient to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and the freeway. October 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Our October 10th The Front Desk Staff were very cordial and professional during our stay, especially the sweet and helpful black lady who I think is a Supervisor. She helped with directions and with our check-out. She was there at the Front Desk our second night and again on Sunday morning when we checked out. On Saturday afternoon she brought a Baby Crib up to our Room 411, so that my Daughter and her baby boy (my Grandson) could take a nap before going to my Nephew's 5:00 PM Wedding that day. Then she came back up around 3:30PM to take the Baby Crib out of our room, so that we could all get ready for the Wedding. Thanks for the 1000 IHG Reward Points that I received for my 2 Night stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Jenks. October 15, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Stay in Jenks My family travels to Tulsa multiple times a year. They would rather stay a little further away, at the Holiday Inn Express in Jenks, from where their main activities would be happening due to the amenities and value for the price. October 9, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by As a member of the Holiday Inn Family there is expectations I grew up with a family member who was a manger within the Holiday Inn Team, so my bar is high. The stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Jenks was above most others that I have experienced. Even the slightest hiccup was addressed in a most expeditious manner. I appreciate the staff going above and beyond to accommodate and make my stay a pleasurable one. I appreciate the staff for making this Holiday Inn a 5 star stay. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Sleeping Experience, but not the service. The property looked fairly good, but has some maintenance problems with the mirrored closet doors and the location of the toilet paper holder, which was located at a position hard to get to. The rest of the room was mostly good. The pool was ice cold and the hot tub was way too hot. Two other families came in while we were at the pool and left without going in because it was so cold. We finally got in the water and stay for a short time. But, it was not as enjoyable as we looked forward to. This trip was to have some fun with our grandson and it was not as enjoyable as anticipated. The breakfast area was small and not near large enough for the families that were trying to enjoy a meal. Several of the breakfast items were out and it took 20 to 30 minutes for anything to be re-supplied.and the overall service was not the best. I have stayed in two Holiday Inn properties in the last 5 months, one was a very good experience, but this one was much less enjoyable and affect my choices for travel accommodations in the future.
