Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent stay We were here to visit the Oklahoma Aquarium next door. Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hot breakfast was okay-I do wish they would have had somebody replenish items when they were gone as the pancake batter and eggs were gone by the time we came down to eat. Other than that, our stay was very good. July 29, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Just ok This hotel is just ok. We arrived at 2pm (check-in was at 3pm) to see if a room might be available early, which it wasn't. No big deal, we went to eat and came back at 3pm. Room still wasn't ready, we were told 10-15 minutes. 45 minutes later we were finally able to check in. We were not recognized as Spire level members and no room upgrade was offered, despite the fact that at least half the rooms were empty. On the plus side, the breakfast was pretty good and the pool/sauna/hot tub were fantastic. July 20, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Expected More The Holiday Inn Express in Jenks was a good hotel to stay in for us for several reasons. We were in town to visit family and wanted to make sure we were able to also go see the Aquarium and to have a guaranteed place to swim - for these reasons, this hotel was a good option. That's where the goodness ends. The breakfast left much to be desired. The fake egg omelets with fake cheese on the inside was probably one of the worst things, if not THE worst thing I've eaten. The sausage left much to be desired. Because I am gluten intolerant, I did not partake in the eating of the biscuits and gravy, but did hear they were pretty good. When we visited the pool, it was filled with 12 rambunctious tween-aged girls throwing a party. The "adults" there were sitting outside with the doors propped open, where they had pizza, soft drinks and beer. It was obvious to me that no hotel staff was aware of this going on in the pool - mostly because there were no towels. I do believe the pools should be more closely monitored on weekends when you know there are a lot of kids staying in the hotel. I was disappointed in these two things (the pool and the breakfast) but was pleased with the rest of our stay. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The access to parking and location were good as well. July 3, 2015
