Have stayed here in the past and stayed here over the recent Thanksgiving holiday. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the beds comfortable. One morning there was no water due to a pipe busting or something, but it was fixed very quickly and the staff was very helpful in trying to make us comfortable in the meantime. Would definitely stay here again.

I knew I would be arriving late and called ahead. Hotel was easy to locate right next to the aquarium. Everything was ready for me when I arrived, was awarded my priority points without asking. Smooth check-in, great room-slept well, wake-up call was on time, had a great shower and self service breakfast was very good. Bill was accurate and check out was as smooth as check-in. I would definitely stay here again.,

I've stayed at this hotel twice now and both times they have served a complimentary dinner... I have to say that I don't think I've ever seen another Holiday Inn that has done that. Kudos for being awesome!

The service at this HIE is excellent. The staff at the front desk were ready for me and were very considerate of my privacy and security when I checked in. Since I travel alone, this means a lot to me. The breakfasts and the evening dinners are nice and made my stay easy and enjoyable.

Took almost 5 minutes to get hot water from bathroom sink. When it did come out the water was less than a dribble on hot or cold. Was afraid to try the shower. Noise from banquet room was unreal. Sounded like a boom box in the car next to you on the city street. Kids running around the parking lot climbing all over the dumpster and the 6 foot walls around it. They would jump off the wall and then all of them would cheer. Popping ballons in the parking lot and leaving the mess behind.Shut the patio door and the boom of the music still shook everything. Called the desk once and they went out but kids just ran off and came back when she left. The bed was the best and loved the breakfast but will not stay there nor recomend this place. We like to go to Tulsa for a weekend. This is the first time we have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and will be the last.

Great staff and location. Walls are very thin. It sounded like the people in the room next-door were in our room. Did not get to sleep until 1:00 am. Will not stay in this Hotel again. This is the second time we've had noise problems at this hotel. The first time we had a youth soccer team running up and the halls out of control until 11:pm

dosenr appear to be any insulation in walls,or or on pipes,can hear everyone talk and do wahtever, also hear every water usage from toilet, ti filling of tub.
