Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Express, Jenks OK A very nice hotel with comfortable beds, plenty of pillows and an Air Conditioner that rocked! The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast was adequate, nothing fancy or over the top but good. Wireless Internet connected easily and had good signal strength. I would definitely stay here again when in Jenks. August 29, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by exceptional staff The staff gave us a two dollar off coupon for the state aquarium which was the reason for our stay. They also made excellent restaurant recommendations. We loved the pool, it was great for swimming laps. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the local state aquarium and fine restaurants. We especially enjoyed the Waterfront Grill as it had a water view at this time. I thought it was a little pricey for a Holiday Inn Express but a pleasant place to stay nonetheless. We also enjoyed the River walk the local community is developing around the corner from the hotel. Jenks has a lot of potential and is growing into a nice tourist destination. August 24, 2015

Had a little issue with the sofa bed not having bedding on it and no sheets in the closet, but asked the front desk attendant for a sheet and was given one promptly. Over all an excellent stay. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by VAST IMPROVEMENT! I have stayed at this HI Express many, many times, the most recent being about 14 months ago. At that most recent visit, I was completely disgusted with the hotel and the staff. This time, since i really like the location of the hotel, and, after checking recent reviews, i decided to try it again, and, boy, was i pleasantly surprised! The hotel staff was pleasant and accommodating, the hotel inside and out was clean, my room was clean and even smelled clean. it was like a new hotel. I want to thank the management and IHG hotels for investing in this property. It really made a difference. August 16, 2015

Most places when you book direct on their website do not charge you up front or the full price if you cancel. We ended up getting sick and having to leave a day early and paid for a full night and day we weren't even there. August 11, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by I have stayed at better locations. I only had two problems. 1. The A/C unit in my room made noise which made it hard to get a good nights sleep. 2. The breakfast selection was the worse Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at. There was no milk out, one piece of fruit (apple) and the pancake machine was broke. There wasn't enough coffee made. I have stay at this location before and never had this problem. August 10, 2015
